Side freezes are pretty easy. What you do, is put your right tricep
flat against the right side of your body. All you have to do is stand up
with your arms at your side, and twist your arm so the tricep is against
your side, then lift up your arms and hand until it's at a 90 degree
angle with your bicep, if you're facing the screen, like this.

_ The _'s are your hand. Let yourself down on your side and onto
your right hand. Use your left hand to help yourself flat onto your
right hand. Bend your legs to help balance until you can straighten
them. Then lift your left hand up to your ear with your elbow in the air
for style. This is the same way you do a sideways hang-glide, but if you
want to do that, use your left hand to spin yourself, and put something
like a glove or cloth under your right hand.
