whas up breakas this move that I made up is called a dip because u dip. The best description of this move is probably doing a push-up in the turtle position no legs! ok here it goes.
(directions for a clockwise six step)
Step 1. start out like u would a six step
Step 2. Do one full six step
Step 3. continue like you are going to do another six step
Step 4. before you get halfway with your second six step throw your body to the right in the air like a no handed swipe.
Step 5. land in the turtle posistion ( hands facing away from each other elbows in your gut and legs tucked in).
Step 6. let your self down slowly but let only your hands touch the ground.
Step 7. right before any other part of you body touches the ground push up with your hands (cant use your legs!).
Step 8. once you have pushed up then roll over to your left and continue you six step.
