The concept of the UNSPOKEN disc is very complex and about 8 years in the making. This is my very first collection and every song has a lot associated with it. The title came from a logo I created, that I have a secret name for. To me, it's design is very distinct and powerful, and it's name or meaning was never to be revealed...therefore remaining "unspoken". That logo was to be the CD cover's image, but as time went on, I didn't feel this logo could be connected to anything as simple as a collection of music. I mean, that would be all it would represent to anyone who saw it...something on the cover of some guy's CD. Nonetheless, I liked the "unspoken" concept, which I relate to my style of songwriting, performance, and production. I can't catagorize what I do. I call it "timeless fun". Once a song is recorded, it's a piece of history...like stopping time for three, four or whatever minutes, and making it a lasting joy. I like creating art that will stimulate emotion, without having to look too deep for it. I also like to have things that are just below and far, far below the surface...things that take a little thought to get in touch with. This is music you can get more milage from, because there's more to discover every time you listen.
