| I registered my domain name and it says it is still available. The registry records are updated every 12 hours and sometimes may take longer dependant on the system load. Contact information updates will appear in WhoIs 12-24 hours after modifying or entering them in the domain editor. Once you recieve confirmation from us you can be assured your domain is registered. After I register my domain what do I do? We will activate your services and email your password. Then LogIn to your domain and set up your services. How do I set up my services? Use the Faq's in the domain editor. You may also view Faq's from the link below. How valid is my domain if registered with you? Domains registered with us are as valid as with any other registrar. Will you send me email solicitations? No! We will use your information only for completing your registration application. What if I register a domain and decide I don't want it? Once domain registration is completed at registry it is non-refundable. You may offer your domain for sale or choose not to renew it. Sorry, all sales are final! No refunds. When I LogIn to my domain it says invalid password. Why? Common causes of this are using your website password for your domain. They are not the same however you may set them to be the same. LogIn to domain with password and scroll down to make the changes. Then click Modify. What if I lose my password? We can send your original password or give you a new one. I set my forwarding and/or other services and they don't work. Be sure to click Modify after making any changes. New domains typically take 24-48 hours to go live. If I make changes does it effect all of my domain settings? No. The changes you make will take time to be updated on root servers. All previous settings that have already processed will remain in tact. I am confused about setting up my services. Please view our domain faqs or our dns help section. We want you to be satisfied with your domain name services. If you simply can not get your services operating on your own submit our EZsetup form for a quick and free setup.
