After you create your form or guestbook, just login to your Max Pages Website, click Guestbook, and follow directions. If you don't have a Max Pages Website, place the following link code Max Pages system enforces the rules you specify. So, if a field is Required, it is sure to get filled. If a field is type Date, they make sure that it is formatted correctly. If a field is Integer, they remove any decimal places. Of course, you may modify the "Fill Form" text or even use an image in creating your link.
