I often wonder why the things in our lives
turn out the way they do.Is it fate,destiny,
carma,what?
I feel sometimes that we create our own fate.
There have been many times in my own life that
I feel that things were ment to be and that
other things were my own doing.
Growing up was very difficult for me.
Being the daughter of a Pastor,there were
certain expectations placed upon me that were
very stressful.
I was expected to do good in school,the truth
is I hated school,but I was determined to graduate
after almost quiting in the 11th grade.
I was never popular in school until my senior year.
I never had many boyfriends...but Chris was the one
I had the longest.He meant a great deal to me and to
this day we are still very good friends.
As I got older my life went through many changes.
I was married at 21.That lasted just over a year.
The man I married cheated on me and I found out.It
was so heart breaking and very hard to trust again.
It was 6 years before I would marry again.I married
the neighbor guy two doors down.He was very handsome
and attentive and he gave me my son.I tryed for so
long to have a child and he was the one that gave him
to me..and to Gene I will be forever grateful.
As I said I think we all play a role in our own fate.
I dont regret anything Ive done,and Ive learned from
my mistakes.
Our son is the joy of our lives
and he will never be neglected of attention or love.
Destiny,Fate,Carma,What?
Life is what you make it.Live each day to the fullest
and dont take one minute for granted because you never
know what will happen tomorrow,or next week,or next year.
Live in the moment and dont worry about tomorrow.
