Dear cousins,

This is the moment to leave my place to my cousins in the committee for the drafting of the new TRAIT D'UNION. I expect that you will continue your support to the Saltiel family association and that you will appreciate the future TRAIT D'UNION, in its new formula, as much as I liked the editing of it since 1994.

I sincerely thank you for having encouraged and helped me during all these years. Without the help of you and also that of the SHEALTIEL GAZETTE, this link between all our families would not exist and we would all still live in the ignorance of the existence of many S(he)altiel communities all over the world.

My only regret will be not to have known to convince you, to use the advertisers which could help us to simplify our work, and carry some of the expenses of our TRAIT D'UNION.
This family newspaper has cost me much time and money, in compensation it has preserved me in good physical and intellectual form.

For my part, I finally will devote myself to other projects which I find very much interestng. Of course, I remain in my heart with you, and I would not miss the opportunity to keep the contact, either by mail, or by telephone.

Cheres cousines, chers cousins,

Voici le moment de laisser ma place a mes cousins du comite pour la redaction du nouveau TRAIT D'UNION.
J'espere que vous continuerez votre soutien a l'association et apprecierez le futur TRAIT D'UNION, dans sa nouvelle formule, autant que moi j'ai aime le rediger depuis 1994.

Je vous remercie sincerement de m'avoir encourage et aide durant toutes ces annees. Sans votre concours et aussi celui de la SHEALTIEL GAZETTE, ce lien entre toutes nos familles n'existerait pas et nous vivrions tous encore dans l'ignorance de l'existence de nombreuses communautes eparpillees de par le monde.

Mon seul regret sera de n'avoir pas su vous convaincre, d'utiliser les annonceurs qui pourraient nous aider a simplifier notre travail, et regler une partie des depenses de notre TRAIT D'UNION.

Si ce journal familial m'a coute beaucoup de temps et d'argent, en compensation il m'a conserve en bonne forme physique et intellectuelle.

Pour ma part, je vais enfin me consacrer a d'autres projets que m'interessent tres fort.

Bien entendu, je reste de tout coeur avec vous, et je ne manquerais pas a l'accasion de garder le contact, soit par courrier, soit par telephone.
