| TAI 01 tai is the adventurous leader of the group. At first, tai thought that it was easy being a leader but soon realized that empathy and compassion are necessities when building and leading a team. He learns a lot from his mistakes. Without Tai, the team falls apart. Tai trusts his heart and soul when making decisions, which makes Tai a strong and powerful leader. Tai and Matt often disagree which causes them to fight. 02 In 02, Tai is a little older, but acts almost the same. He goes to the same school as Sora, Matt, and Izzy and has to wear a uniform. He gave his goggles to Davis and no longer wears them. Even though he is no longer a digidestined, Tai plays a key role in fighting evil to save the worlds. He and Izzy show up more than any other of the original characters. Davis Davis is the leader in Digimon02. He replaces Tai and looks up to him. His personality reminds you of Tai and he loves playing soccer. He has a crush on Kari and is jealous of TK. Therefore, TK and Davis fight a lot simaliarly to the way Tai and Matt used to fight. Kari Kari is the “eighth digidestined” AKA the mysterious child. She may be small, but she has an open mind and a strong heart. Kari is Tai's little sister and Tai always watches out for her. Kari and her digimon partner, Gatomon, learn a lot from each other and together make a great team. In Digimon02, she spends a lot of her time with TK. Davis has a crush on her, but she seems to prefer TK. She acts bravely and enjoys taking pictures. Matt 01 Yamato is the cool dude and rebel of the group. His introspective and sensitivity make him a value to the team. Matt and Tai hardly ever see eye to eye, which would explain why he’s rebellious against Tai’s leadership. Matt is used to being on his own, so he doesn't like guidance from anyone. Matt is also T.K.’s older brother. Matt is an important feature of the team. 02 In 02, Matt is pretty much the same. He sings and plays the guitar in a rock group. All the girls love him. (including Davis's sister) He still fights with Tai(but not as uauall and he has changed about that alot caus he figere out that he mattered) and keeps his state of mind. He also changes his hair. Yolei Yolei reminds me of Izzy, Sora and Mimi. She is the oldest of the new digidestined and a genius. She loves computers and math. She also is a bit spoiled like Mimi. Her family owns a convience store so she supplies the food for their trips to the digiworld. She gets along well with Sora and Mimi. Sora is her best friend and Mimi is like her sister. She also hangs out with Cody and Izzy a lot. Yolei has a crush on Ken. KEN ICHIJOUJI Ken is at first the evil digidestined. He is the bad guy at the beginning of 02. He plans to take control of the real world by taking control of the digiworld. In the real world he is the genius and heart-throb Ken Ichijouji, but in the digiworld he is the evil Digimon Emperor. Once he seaches his heart, his true self is revealed. With Wormmon at his side, Ken trys to help out whenever he can. T.K. T.K. is the kid of the group. He is Matt’s little brother but acts almost nothing like him. He has a gentle, sweet and innocent personality. T.K looks up to Matt. He doesn’t really understand what is going on all the time. T.K. and Patamon face everything together and are the best of friends. In Digimon02, TK is all grown up and is fond of Kari. He fights with Davis a lot just like Matt and Tai used to. Of the new digidestined, TK has an edge because he has the most experence. He plays basketball and like his older brother, the girls love him. With Patamon at his side, TK can beat anything. Cody Cody is the new, young digidestined in Digimon02. He is also the weakest. His father died and his grandfather teaches him kendo. He was once described as part Izzy and part Joe. He is reliable, responsible, and a good friend. Izzy 01 Izzy is the brain and computer whiz of the group. Izzy spends so much time trying to figure things out that sometimes he misses out on the actual experience. Izzy is the only member of the group who fully understands what is going on. He spends most of his time typing away at his computer. Izzy’s digimon partner, Tentomon, trys to get Izzy to pay attention to the real world, not his computer. 02 In 02, Izzy is a lot taller, but still short. He hangs out with Tai a lot. He is still the main computer wizz and appears in most of the episodes. Izzy is always there to get them out of messes. Sora 01 Sora is the brave and responsible member of the group. She’s acts like the older sister to everyone in the group and keeps an eye out for everyone. She does seem to take things too seriously. 02 In 02, Sora grows up a bit. She helps out at the flower shop. Sora seems to have an interest in Tai. Her state of mind is a little different, but she still acts like a sister to everyone. Mimi 01 Mimi is the self-centered, pink-obsessed individual of the group. She’s crazy about her beauty and the way she looks. She used to royal treatment so living out in the digiworld isn’t exactly her cup of tea. Past that, she’s a very sweet girl. Palmon tries to help her understand the simple things in life. 02 In 02, Mimi dyes her hair to her favorite color, pink. She spends a lot of time in America and introduces the others to Michael. She is still a little princess, but is a lot more serious. She is a high-fashion type of girl. Joe 01 Joe is the voice of reason for the group. He is also easily frightened, nervous and a sort of klutz. Joe is a true friend to the entire group. Gomamon trys to get Joe to loosen up and relax. 02 In 02, Joe is less of a coward and more of a brain. He does a lot of studing, but if his friends are in danger, he'll through down his books and race to the rescue. Old reliable is good for something. Wallace(aka"willis") Willis first plays a role in the third digimon movie. He is a newer digidestined but is a fine addition to the team. With Terriermon at his side, Willis is always ready for a challange. He is also friends with Izzy. Willis is a genious and he was the one who caused the creation of the evil Diaboromon. Terriermon's twin digimon, Kokomon was taken over by a virus and mutated. Willis keeps to himself, but opens up to Davis and is friends with him. Michael Michael is the least known digidestined. He's from America and is one of Mimi's friends. His digimon partner is Betamon who digivolves to Seadramon. Michael owns one of the original digivices and was chosen around the same time that the original 8 were facing Myotismon, when Gorillamon appeared in New York. It appears that he once had a mission and has since completed it. |
