* Keep The Victim Calm and Warm
* Remove All Constrictive Clothing and Jewelry
* DO NOT APPLY A TOURNIQUET
* DO NOT Use Ice or Other Cold Applications
* DO NOT Give The Victim Any Alcoholic Beverages or Medications
* DO NOT Make Cuts and/or Apply Suction To The Wound....IF You Are Within One Hour Of A Medical Facility.
* Transport To A Medical Facility As Quickly As Possible.
* Note The Time The Bite Happened.
* Keep The Injured Part Lightly Immobilized and Keep Just Below Heart Level.
* If Available, Use A Ballpoint Pen To Mark The Area Of Swelling and Note The Time. This Will Allow Physicians To Monitor The Swelling Speed.
MOST IMPORTANT: Reassure the Victim that Anti-Venom is Available.
