"Yes. This is Vernon. How may I help you?" As Uncle Vernon is speaking, he notices a large group of owls flying outside. He drops the phone. "What the-"

On his way home he sees people dressed in green capes and strange hats. He can just make out what they are saying. "Yes. He's in a muggle home, that poor thing."
"Muggle?" thinks Uncle Vernon.

"Hi, darling. How was work?" asks Aunt Petunia, kissing Uncle Vernon on the cheek.
"Work? Oh, it was fine, dear." says Uncle Vernon. "Should I tell her? No! I can't. She won't believe me anyway," he thinks. "Oh forget it. I was probably imagining things."
"What was that, honey?"
"Nothing, dear. Nothing."
