| Colts nip Patriots on MNF, 30-28 |
| The New England Patriots(6-2) and the Indianapolis Colts(6-2) fought hard on MNF before the Colts walked away as 30-28 winners. Patriots QB Tom Brady led the Patriots down the field for a touchdown with 1:28 remaining to make it a 30-28 game, but the Patriots never gave Brady a chance to win it when they failed to recover the onside kick. The 30-28 win for the Colts puts them in a tie with the 6-2 Houston Texans for first place in the AFC South. Those two teams will meet in Indianapolis next week, for a rematch of the year's earlier meeting in Houston, which the Texans won 34-28 in OT. |
