DigiExchange Daisuke "Davis" Motimiya Miyako "Yolei" Inoue Iori "Cody" Hida Takeru "T.K." Takaishi Hikari "Kari" Kamiya The Kids Daisuke Motomiya - Daisuke is the new leader in Digimon 02. He plays on the same soccer team as Taichi, his idol. He used to wear goggles similar to those Taichi wears (except square, not round), but when Taichi realizes that Daisuke is now one of the new Chosen Children, he gives him his old goggles. Daisuke has a bit of a crush on Hikari and is jealous of her friendship with Takeru. He's a dependable friend, but can be a bit erratic. His emotions run high and he often loses his cool. Daisuke lives with his mother, father, and older sister. His sister, Jun, is in 11th grade and is a huge fan of Yamato. He was one of the children who witnessed the battle between Parrotmon and Greymon at Hikarigaoka (Heighton View Terrace). Short Description : energetic, determined Miyako Inoue - Miyako is the oldest of the new Chosen Children. She is the youngest child in her family and a bit on the spoiled side. She loves adventure and exploring and is a genius when it comes to anything mechanical. She's also a member of the same computer club that Koushirou used to be in. She lives with her mother, father, two older sisters and an older brother. Her family lives in the same apartment building as Takeru and Iori. Her parents own a convenience store. Miyako was one of the many children from around the world who encouraged the original Chosen Children through email when they were fighting the internet Digimon. Short Description : adventurous, intelegent Iori Hida - Iori is the youngest of the new Chosen Children. He's also the most responsible and the one who keeps the others on track. He studies kendo (Japanese fencing) with his grandfather. Iori lives with his mother and his grandfather. His father was a policeman and was killed in the line of duty. His mother is a great cook and the other children love her snacks. Iori's grandfather is a retired policeman who teaches kendo to the local children. He was one of the children brought before Vandemon (Myotismon) during the search for the eighth Chosen Child. Short Description : quiet, sencible Hikari "Kari" Kamiya - Although she has good judgement and leadership skills, what Hikari likes doing most is playing jokes, on both the other Chosen Children and on the enemy Digimon. In place of her whistle, she now carries a digital camera around her neck and is always snapping pictures. Hikari and Taichi live with their mother, father and their cat, Miiko. Short Description : kind, joyous Takeru "T.K." Takashi - No longer the shrimpy little fellow from season one, Takeru has shot up like a weed and, like his brother, is now quite popular with the girls. He's even the star player on the basketball team. He's kind and makes friends easily. His parents are divorced and Takeru lives with his mother, while Yamato lives with their father. In the first season, Takeru lived in another town, but at the start of the new school year in Digimon 02, he and his mother moved to Odaiba and he now lives in the same apartment building as Iori and Miyako.
