7.)Tron Beem: A Beem of Intence black power, 28 Days to learn 1-35% of Max Ki.

8.)Cold Glair: An attack used from the eyes to freze an opponent for 2 Turns and drain 15% of Their Ki, 20 Days to Learn, 10% of Max Ki (Can ONLY BE USED Once Per Battle)

Level Four Physical or Ki Attacks and Counters
1.)Artic Puntch: A Strong Puntch (PHYSICAL Attack) that is thrown and frezes your opponet for one turn, 18 Days to learn, 20% of Max Ki

2.)Artic Kick: A Strong Kick (PHYSICAL Attack) that is thrown and frezes your opponet for one turn, 20 Days to learn, 22% of Max Ki

3.)Artic Charge: Allows you to Charge up 20% of Your Ki, 24 Days to learn

4.)Artic Block: A Strong Block that only drains 5% Of Block points, 24 Days to Learn

5.)Ghost Blast: This attack Destroys your opponets Soul if used as a finish and the opponent CANNOT go to Ki Planet he is just STUCK in the planet he is on (cant do ANYTHING for status) for 10 Days then sent back to the world of the liveing, 30 Days to learn, 40% of MAX Ki to power it up and use as a finisher but the % is NOT sent as damage. (this attack CANNOT be wished for by the Dragon)
