| Councail is basicly the sites Legislative Branch or Congress, this is how I am checked and I get the opinions of Key members before I update a MAJOR change. Questions: VTrunks86@Aol.com Councail Status: Not Picking Chairman Status: Picking New, MUST BE ON COUNCAIL Councail Rules: 1.)EVERY TWO MONTHS NEW COUNCAIL WILL BE PICKED EXCEPT THE CHAIRMEN! 2.)HALFWAY IN THE MONTH OF THE NEW TERM A NEW CHAIRMAN AND ASSISTANT CHAIRMAN WILL BE PICKED! 3.)SPEEK OUT, DONT BE SHY YOU WILL NOT BE PUNISHED IF YOU DISAGREE! Current Councail Members: Leaders 1.)Crageta (Issuer) 2.)Cronos (First Appeal Chairman) Members 1.)Gozeta (Appeal Representive) 2.)Gorunks (Chairman) 3.)Iceburn 4.)Vegeta 5.)Brolli 6.)Tien Positions in Councail: 1.)Issuer- This will ALWAYS be me, I am the one who sends the Issues 2.)Appeal Chairman- Always Cronos, if ANY COUNCAIL MEMBER disagrees with a Vote, he can send a complaint to the Appeal Rep, IF your complaint is Valid, he will them appeal to Cronos, and if he agrees with the appeal he will overturn the verdict. 3.)Appeal Representive- He is the appealer, Chairman can NEVER appeal. If a member feals the vote was not good he talks to the assastant, basicly if the assastant agrees with the member or if he feals he has a good point he will appeal to Cronos. (This will always be Gozeta). He cannot appeal unless he has very good reason or unless another member expresses to him (the other member cannot be the chairman). Appeal rep cannot shoot down appeals unless he has good cause or if he feals you do not have a good arguement. Any violation shall result in a $50 tax for him. 4.)Chairman- He is the Tiebreaker, if the vote is tied, his vote breaks it, he CANNOT Request an appeal only members can. Requirements To run for MEMBER: 1.)If you were on Councail allready you may run again 2.)MUST Be SSJ 3.)MUST have been active in the site for at least 2 Months 4.)MUST be active in the site A LOT Once you e-mail me, CRONOS will PICK THE NEW COUNCAIL. So basicly if you meet the first four qualafacations, all you have to do is send in this form to VTrunks86@Aol.com DO NOT SEND THIS IN, WE ARE NOT PICKING COUCNAIL YET!!! I, (your name), Swear to be honest in my responces to councail mails and will do this duty with my full ability even though I will not recive RPG dollars or stats, I will NOT speek of ANY issues that will be mentoned in councail mails and will respond to all councail mails within a Four day period. I also understand that no matter what I respond to the issues, I will not be punished in any way by VTrunks86, SSJ5Gozeta, or Cronos.
