Rules-
*Characters that enter must pay a $100 entrance fee.
*All characters will be divided into classes according to thier PL, HP, and KI.
*Each character will have a max of 5 fights, or more if they make it past the 1st round.
*Any character is eligable to enter.
*You can use 2 Normal Senzu Beans per fight, which will be supplied by the Tenkaichi Budoukai Officials before the fight.
*You will get 10HP, 10KI, $350, PL, and 50Exp for every fight you win.
*You will get 10HP, 10KI, $150, PL, and 25Exp for every fight you loose.
*Weighted Clothes can't be worn.
*Class Limits may be changed at anytime before the tournament start.
*You can exceed the Class Limits during the Tournament.
*Class winners will recieve +20HP, +20KI, +5,000PL, +$2,000.
