First of all, Age, height, weight, etc. DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR POWER LEVEL. --- Why? DONT ASK WHY! IT SHOULD BE SELF EXPLAINATORY. It only matters what you can do, and not how you are.
Below if how to firgure it out the best way. We try to make it so you all have a different power level by increasing the numbers.
The Average is around 15 - 25. BE HONEST ABOUT IT!
To find out your power level, you must do the following.
1) See how much you can bench press. (Ex: 200) This is for strength
2) See how many push ups you can do. (Ex:50) This is for strength
3) See How much time it takes to sprint 100 meters. (Ex: 10 seconds) This is for speed
5) Add Bench pressing and push ups together. (Ex: 200 + 50 = 250)
6) Finally, take your total of strength and endurance (250) and divide it by your time for sprinting and your mile (10) (Ex: 250 divided by 10 = 25)
That would be a power level of 25. Can you beat that?
