There will be a new tournament:

Tenkachi Budokai #3
Date: Friday, December 21, 2001
Time: 6:30 pm Eastern Time
11:30 pm aka Midnight (United Kingdom)

The losser gets kicked out of the tournament, and the winner continues to the next round, there will be a couple of rounds

Each time you win you get $10,000 and 5,000 po

The Tournament Champion wins $500,000, and the runner up gets $200,000
with 300,000 for the winner since it is the 3rd tournament and runner up gets 100,000
Rules:

1. There is no killing, unless you both agree to a Death Match, which is a fight to the death.
2. You loss, you can watch or leave.
3. Once your Power Level goes down to zero you lose or die.
4. You must tell me if you want to participate, so that i can make an elimination style tournament, if you say you will be at the tournament and do not arrive (you match will be put off as much as possible) you will be fined $500 (not very much) since i have to make the line-up
5. two chats will be made, a lobby and an arena. A no talking rule will be in effect in the arena chat, so is that i will be able to judge the fight

Winner: 300,000 Power Level Gain
$10,000 More + $5,000 for winning

Losser: 100,000 Power Level Gain
$5,000 More
