December 31, 2001 - Day 163 wants to wish everyone a Happy New Year! Hope 2002 brings only good things to you!

December 28, 2001 - We just wanted to wish everyone a happy holiday season. Day 163 is still at it, playing shows and making new songs... and we're hoping to have a few new ones ready for everyone that comes to our shows very soon...

December 20, 2001 - The process of updating the site has already begun! I've added three new pages to the site, as well as updated info on numerous other pages. Please use the Table Of Contents on the left side (as well as at the bottom of each page) to help with navigation through the site. Pages have been moved around and have been placed alphabetically on the site... I hope this helps everyone find the info that they're looking for faster and easier to access...

December 18, 2001 - Now that Eric (E-Rock) is off for Christmas Break from college... the DAY 163 website will be updated more regularly than it has been in the past few weeks. Some new pages may also be added to the site... so that load time is cut down. The Member's Bio page may become 4 separate pages... one for each member. A new NEWS page may begin at the start of the new year, as well as a new SHOWS page... that hasn't been decided upon yet though... So keep checking back for more updates and more info about DAY 163!

December 13, 2001 - Day 163 has a confirmed show at CD Warehouse in Greensburg! The show will take place on January 12, 2002, and Day 163 will be playing with 3 other bands... What About Cliff // My Cousin Walter // S.F. Firehydrant... Be sure not to miss this show! It should be a good one!

November 28, 2001 - Day 163 has hit a recent slump with touring... but with the time we have off, we're writting new material. We're also working on setting up a Tour this Summer (2002). November 22, 2001 - Our site was unaccessable for the past 10 days... Our server, maxpages had some problems, and we hope they've been worked out... We're sorry for any inconvenience!

November 4, 2001 - Day 163 show at Club Odyssey (in Uniontown) was cancelled by Club Odyssey!

October 31, 2001 - Just wanted to let everyone know that more DAY 163 pictures will be coming soon (ASAP)! I plan on scanning and uploading some more as soon as I get the time. Be sure to check out the picture page!

October 28, 2001 - Club Odyssey wanted us to play on November 11, 2001, but we're unable to due to the short notice. We all have jobs outside of the band, and we were unable to request that day off... so DAY 163 will not be there...

October 23, 2001 - Club Odyssey cancelled the show on November 4, 2001 because they were unable to schedule other bands to play that night with us...

October 20, 2001 - Day 163 was supposed to play last night at Club Odyssey, but Odyssey cancelled the show. Now, we're hoping to play on Nov. 4, 2001... We'll see how that goes...

October 19, 2001 - Day 163 show at Club Odyssey (in Uniontown) was cancelled by Club Odyssey!

October 14, 2001 - Last night's show went well... we really appreciate the support we got. We'd like to thank Flatline and their fans, too, for showing support, thanx guys!

October 13, 2001 - Day 163 plays at CD Warehouse (in Greensburg) with Flatline!

October 10, 2001 - Day 163 had their first practice today with their new drummer, Matt. Matt will be performing with the rest of the Day 163 crew on October 13, 2001 at CD Warehouse. Hopefully things will go well... this practice went better than we had expected, so it's possible for the show to be pretty good - even though we haven't had much time to practice together as a band.

September 24, 2001 - Due to the terrible tragedy that struck our country on September 11, 2001, Day 163 now feels more than ever that Americans need to pull together here and help one another. Now more than ever, we feel that the local area bands should set aside their differences, and unite to make southwest Pa a better place to play music. It's obvious that people outside our country hate us without reason, so lets not hate one another. We may not be able to help the victims in New York, but we can pull together and help one another right here in Pa. Contact Day 163 now if you're intested in joining a Summer 2002 Tour which will serve the purpose of uniting local area bands and bringing conflict between music genres to an end!

September 19, 2001 - Day 163 sets up a show at CD Warehouse in Greensburg with the band Flatline!

September 12, 2001 - Day 163 just wanted to send their condolences to all the families that were involved in the bombing of the World Trade Center yesterday. We all feel the tragedy that struck this country, and we hope that the perpetrators are found and served a just punishment for this haneous event.

September 8, 2001 - Day 163 is in contact with the recording studio, and we're trying to work out a date for this September to record our first full length Cd! Studio cancelled the day, so now we have to reset everything... sorry about the delay!

August 27, 2001 - DAY 163 has been thinking about uniting local area bands sometime this next Summer (2002). The music scene here in southwest Pa sucks. There's too much fighting between bands, and there shouldn't be. Music is music. It doesn't matter the style, the bands involved should be able to respect one another for their efforts. Day 163 wants to bring together the genres... So be on the look out this Summer 2002!

August 20, 2001 - Last night's show went pretty well... we wish that more of our DAY 163 fans would've been able to make it, but we appreciate the support we did get!

August 19, 2001 - Day 163 plays at Club Odyssey (under 21 dance club) in Uniontown!

August 4, 2001 - We have a confirmed show at Club Odyssey (in Uniontown, Pa) on August 19, 2001... so stop out and check us out! We'll be playing with the bands Flatline and Dead Before Tomorrow. You can buy tickets at the door for $7.00 or from us for $5.00. We'll be around Uniontown and Westmoreland Mall throughout the month selling tickets so stop us there...

July 30, 2001 - We have confirmed a recording date!!! Day 163 will be in the studio recording our first full - length CD on September 8, 2001... we're already picking and choosing the songs that we feel would be the best songs to release to our fans, because we don't want you to have to settle - - - we want you to love the CD!

July 14, 2001 - Day 163 plays at Todd's Graduation Party!

July 3, 2001 - Today I bought a used guitar from a guy I work with, it seems pretty kool, but there's some work needed to be done on it before I can used it...

June 19, 2001 - Today we practiced with another guy interested in being our drummer (Matt), and things seemed to go pretty well! We feel that the search is over now, and we'll be getting info up about our new drummer ASAP!!! So be prepared, DAY 163 is back in action!!!

June 17, 2001 - We were forced to cancel the show yesterday due to rain and thunderstorms... it was a bummer for all of us... Though we were unable to play, the party was still held and turned out nice! Also, Todd got a new Ibanez Iceman guitar!

June 16, 2001 - Day 163 cancelled at Emily's High School Graduation Party - due to thunderstorms and rain...

June 13, 2001 - We've gotten in touch with some local people, and we're in the process of setting up a few shows at this time in the Greensburg area. Also, we're working on setting up a benefit to help the local school district as well as Toys for Tots... so keep a look out for us playing a show near you in Pa!

June 10, 2001 - Things went well yesterday at Amanda's Graduation Party... Gary filled in for us on drums since we haven't found a definate drummer yet. We also got a call from a local drummer that's interested in joining the band!!!

June 9, 2001 - Day 163 plays at Amanda's High School Graduation Party!

June 8, 2001 - Terry got his new 80 watt bass amp today, just in time for the party tomorrow!!!

June 4, 2001 - Day 163 is on the move this Summer 2001!!! We have some ideas for shows all the way into next year!!! Yeah, some of the little bugs might have to be worked out, and things need to be confirmed, but we have some really good ideas!!! We'll let you know more a bit later...

April 2, 2001 - We're currently advertising for Graduation Parties this Summer... we've played parties before, and we had a good time, so we're trying it again... Hopefully the weather will be kind to us so we don't have to cancel any of them!

March 14, 2001 - It's been a while so I just wanted to let everyone know that we're still working here... although we haven't found a replacement drummer. We're also still creating new, original material as we always have!

February 17, 2001 - Day 163 is still holding interviews for drummers in our area, and we found some interested people in filling our vacancy! We'll let you know more as it pans out!

December 28, 2000 - Day 163 has a recording opportunity!!! As soon as we find our next drummer and get them caught up to speed, we'll be recording our first full length CD!!! Keep your eyes out for it, and we'll let you know more as it happens!

December 23, 2000 - Day 163 just wants to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

December 20, 2000 - Our drummer for Day 163 has decided to call it quits! So we will be looking for another drummer and we hope to fill the spot ASAP!!! Although we have no drummer, our old drummer said he will fill in for us on our next shows until we find someone... so we'll still be out and about...

November 26, 2000 - Last night's show went well... but the turn-out was less than I had expected.

November 25, 2000 - Day 163 plays at CD Warehouse (in Greensburg) with Sour!

November 21, 2000 - We finally got a confirmed show at CD Warehouse (in Greensburgh)!!! Now it's crunch time to pull our "new" Day 163 band together!

October 24, 2000 - We're trying to get our new bassist caught up to speed, because we looking for some shows! Things are going alright so far, but it always sucks having to start over!

October 11, 2000 - Well, I decided to start this new page to let everyone know about the latest news and events about Day 163! Currently, we're looking for some places to play... It's hard to find anything in this area, people are into country - not punk music! Hopefully things will work out sometime soon... I hope you enjoy everything we're doing!
