To catch a snortlax you have to copy your master ball then catch a snotlax with a master ball.
Don't toss any moon stones because you can evolve your nidorina into a nidoquin and evolve your nidorino into a nidoking and your cleafaire into a clefable.
Short cut to cinabar island all you have to do is fly to palt town then you will see water surf there and you will see cinabar island!!!!
