360:

The 360 is considered a basic spin when skating street, and there isn't much to it!
1. Stand still on a flat surface. Now try to jump up in the air, and try to spin! Look over your shoulder to the side you're spinning, it makes your momentum cary you around to the side. When you can do this, and then landing facing the same way you did when you set off, you have done a 360.
2. Go to a gap, flyout, launchbox, or something you can set off from. Skate up to it with a moderate speed and spin around just like you did on flat ground. Don't pull your legs up to your body yet - just try to spin around with your legs straightened out.
3. When you can do a 360 over an obstacle with your legs straightened out, it's time to pull them up to your body. This might make you loose your balance, but just try a couple of times, and it should be there!
4. Now it's time to grab your skates too. Start with a mute air - that is a grab where your legs are kept together, and you reach with one arm and grap the opposite side's skate. Now you can do other grabs, such as stale japan, liukang, safetygrab, flying fish, etc.

540:

The 540 is a bit harder than the 360. Some skaters have troubles in the beginning doing this trick. It is not that they can't do it, but they will not let themselves. There isn't that much to it!
Like you would with any spin, you should also practise this trick on flat ground first. Think that you are going to spin like in a 360, but you are also going to land the opposite of what you were facing when you started to turn. For instance, if you are going forwards, think of spinning a lot, and landing backwards. So it is same thought like a 180 that should go through your head - but spin like you would with a 360! That's it!
When you have got the spin, and feel comfortable with your landing, you can add grabs too.

Bio 540:

This trick is quite hard to learn if you can't do a normal 540. If you can't do one, you really should learn to before you move on to the bio.
First, find a suitable bed at home and take the mattress off it. Put the mattress on the floor in front of your sofa or something of similar height. Second, lay out some cushions next to the mattress.
After you have done all this, stand on top of the sofa, and jump as if you were doing a 540. But this time, instead of keeping your shoulders flat as they spin, bring your right shoulder (if you spin anti-clockwise, and left shoulder for those who spin clockwise) down and round. So you bring your shoulder down for the 180 part, and to complete 360, bring it up. Most of you should get to that bit, but now comes the tricky part - landing it. Since you are spinning on your side, if you landed after 540 you would land on the sides of your skates, and spin round another 90 degrees into the ground. Instead of letting your legs spin around normally, you have to concentrate on bringing them over your shoulder (not quite over because that would be misty flipping). This will bring you back to the normal vertical state you were in when you started the trick. That is the key to this. If you can remember to get back vertical, you'll have it down.

Flatspin:

Flat spins are new, and has over the last couple of years emerged to the whole world. They are not that hard, but look really good. Although they are not hard, it hurts really bad if you miss one - compared to standard rotations.

Do not try this trick if you can't get decent amount of air, and are not proficient on the vert, so that you can execute the trick

Pump hard up the ramp, and give your transition a slight curve, as if you were going for a grind (the way you want to spin). As you start to air, you will feel as if you are lying on your side. At this point, you want to bring your legs round hard, so that you start spinning. This will get you rotating around your belly button (if you do it right), and all you have to do is hold the position, until you have gone full circle, at which point, you will be facing away from the vert. Here, you want to give your torso a little twist, until you can see the transition. Just brace yourself for the landing, or the bail, depending on how you end up.
