This is Chaz, the cousin who tried to meet with you about the Charles H. Simmers and descendants part of the family tree. Just so you know, a cousin: Ted Herzel, who was son of Julia Simmers and Edgar L. Herzel has died recently (Sept. 28th) in York. I'm quite willing to reconnect (for some reason your email that I have has stopped working) and I would love to discuss and give dates with you sometime. My goal is to sometime in December make my way over to the New Hanover Church and see if I can look through their Christening records!

Thanks to the Internet, we are able to access Census data for Chester County in the 1800s. Your site helps me identify who most of these people are. I just wish I could find my George Simmers line easier!
