The right game If you get a new game that doesent work on your playstion, check the back of your game councle. If it says Sp5000 seires, that may be your problem. Then, check the back of the disk. If it is blue, then you got a game for a different counsle. The SP5000 series only plays DVD ROM games with silver backs. Blueback disks are compact disks and are desighnd for the SP5001 seires, or the skinny playstation. To tell if a game is a Compact disk or a DVD ROM just check the back of a game case that you are about to buy and it will tell you all the info. you need.
