 "RED" Red is a special colour; The colour of passion, love and dreams. Like candies, cakes and flowers; The red of your lips when kissing me. Red's in roses, sweets and pies; Your words, your laughs, your smiles. Like strawberries, cherries, apples; The red of your lips when kissing me. "MY DREAM LOVE" At first I wouldn't notice him But still there he was. He was just a friend, A neighbour of mine, Who lived across the road But no more than that. And then he got closer, Closer to me, Behaving so charming Or so was to me. With such gorgeous body, And so cute his face, He was driving me crazy I was mad about him. But he had his girlfriend So lucky she was! I got very jelaous But not for long time Because he didn't love her And told her good bye. At last he came to me And asked me for a date I could hardly believe it, My dream was coming true! Although all that happiness Wouldn't last for long time. But he gave me a hug And kissed my lips I jumped to his arms And answered that kiss. It seemed like the world Was falling over me. But I wasn't dreaming, At last it was true! "YOUR LOVE" I looked at you but u turned. I smiled at u But u left. I spoke to u but u ignored me. I begged you But u laughed. & now i don't need u 'cause u never did. & now i don't miss u 'cause i realized that it's better not to love than not to be loved. "ALL I NEED IS YOU" You give me sunflowers 'cause they r full of happiness. You give me red roses 'cause there's love in them. You give me violets 'cause they r full of dreams. You give me white lilies 'cause there's life in them. But all that I need I find it in you. 'Cause you r my happiness & my only love. 'Cause you r my dream & all in my life. "AFTER A WHILE" After a while u learn the subtle difference between holding a hand and chaining a soul, And u learn that love doesn't mean leaning and company doesn't mean security, And u begin to learn that kisses aren't contracts and presents aren't promises, And u begin to accept your defeats with your head up and your eyes open, with the grace of an adult, not the grief of a child, And u learn to build all your roads on today because tomorrow's ground is too uncertain for plans After a while u learn that even sunshine burns if u get too much. So plant your own garden and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring u flowers, And u learn that u really can endure... That u really are strong, And u really do have worth. "TAKE GOOD CARE" Take good care As if I were there. Swim a lap Take a nap. Walk a mile Show your smile. Drink some tea Write to me. Eat lowfat Wear a hat. As if I were there, Take good care. "DEEP" Blood is red Like red is blood As I picture you as a beautiful dove You spread you wings & fly up high & when I see you to me you are an angel in the sky You fly around in a beautiful way That makes me cry & weep As my love for you will always be deep. "JUST ME AND YOU" As I lay thinking at night A picture of you, I see the light Like the stars above in the dark of night I lay there still, so snug & tight I drift asleep thinking of you & wonder what it would be like Just me & you As the morning sun beams I awaken now knowing it was just another dream But only if dreams come true & I start to imagine what it would be like Just me & you "HUGS" There's something in a simple hug That always warms the heart; It welcomes us back home & makes it easier to part. A hug is a way to share the joy & sad times we go through, Or just a way for friends to say They like you 'cause you're you. Hugs are meant for anyone For whom we really care, From your grandma to your neighbour, Or a cuddly teddy bear. A hug is an amazing thing It's just the perfect way To show the love we're feeling But can't find the words to say. It's funny how a little hug Makes everyone feel good; In every place & language, It's always understood. & hugs don't need new equipment, Special batteries or parts Just open up your arms & open up your hearts. "CONFUSION" My knees start to shake, When you're in sight. My mind's filled with wonder, my heart with fright. When will this feeling stop? When did it start? How can i listen to my mind, Without breaking my heart? I’m so confused what should i do I can't think of anything, Except of you. Should i ignore you? Or just give it time? I can't think straight, My heart controls my mind! "STARLIT NIGHT" The night is bright, With a starlit sky, I sit and think, As time passes by, Oh stary night, With a moonlit sky, Take me away, And tell me why, Give me a reason, For love's end, Give me a reason, For why i lost a friend, I sit and think, All night long, About the things, That all went wrong, Starlit sky, Give me a reason why. "HIM" His eyes, are like crystal blue streams, His hair, is a golden colour, only seen in my dreams, His skin, is as soft and smooth as silk, and looks as creamy as fresh, cold milk. When I look at him, and hear his voice, my heart beats faster, it has no choice. My stomach flutters endlessly, I only wish, that he could see, how much his love, means to me. "FRIENDSHIP" Friendship is like a beautiful star in the sky... May this star shine forever And may it continue to glow Until the sun and moon fall from the sky May it continue to shine As brightly as the twinkle in my eyes When I see you. "LOVE" What is love? No word can define it, Its something so great, Only God could design it, Yes, love is beyond, What man can define, For love is immortal, And God's gift is divine "NEVER" Never say I love you If you really don't care Never talk about feelings If they aren't really there Never hold my hand If you are going to break my heart Never say you are going to If you don't plan to start Never look into my eyes If all you do is lie Never say hello If you really mean good bye If you really mean forever Then say you will try Never say forever Cause forever makes me cry "FRIENDS ARE LIKE ANGELS" Our friends are like angels, Who brighten our days. In all kinds of wonderful, Magical ways. Their thoughtfulness comes, As a gift from above. And we feel we're surrounded, By warm, caring love. Like upside-down rainbows, Their smiles bring the sun. And they fill ho-hum moments, With laughter and fun. Friends are like angels, Without any wings. Blessing our lives, With the most precious things. "How I Feel " I couldn't wait for today But when it was here I wanted it to go away I saw him standing so calm and sweet Then all of a sudden, I was scared for us to meet I felt so ugly , while he looked so hot I wished to be someone pretty For even just a moment I hope to look pretty I hope to look thin But as I look in the mirror I see the same ugly face again I passed him again and felt the unwanted stare If I only was pretty maybe She says I don't need him But obviously she doesn't understand She doesn't know how I want him She must not see the hurt in my eyes I just want to be alone so I can cry But I guess I can just lie Say that it isn't important, even though I want to die. "A PLACE HERE FOR YOU" I saved a special place in my heart for you. It started out small but that just wouldn't do. My mind said, "Take is slow and keep that piece small; don't get too close an risk another fall." But you've touched my heart in ways now so bright. So here's that special place, from my touch to my sight. Thank you for your warmth, my friend, I hope that our friendship will never end. "ALL MY LOVE" Write with a pen Seal with a kiss If you love me Please answer me this Do you love me Or do you not You told me once But I forgot So tell me now And tell me true So I can tell you I love you. Of all the guys I've ever met You're one I won't forget. And if I die Before you do I'll go to Heaven And wait for you If you're not there on Judgement Day I'll know you went the other way I'll give the angels back their wings And risk the loss of everything Just to prove my love is true I'd go to hell to be with you. "MY OATH TO YOU." When you are sad, I will dry your tears. When you are scared, I will comfort your fears. When you are worried, I will give you hope. When you are confused will help you cope. And when you are lost, And can't see the light. I shall be your beacon Shining ever so bright This is my oath I pledge till the end. Why, you may ask? Because you're my friend. "YOU ARE..." My friend, My companion, Through good times and bad My friend, My buddy, Through happy and sad, Beside me you stand, Beside me you walk, You're there to listen, You're there to talk, With happiness, With smiles, With pain and tears, I know you'll be there, throughout the years! "I'M A TINY ANGEL" I'm smaller than your thumb; I live in people pockets, That's where I have my fun. I don't suppose you've seen me, I'm too tiny to detect; Though I'm with you all the time, I doubt we've ever met. Before I was an Angel ... I was a fairy in a flower; God, Himself, hand-picked me, And gave me Angel power. Now God has many Angels That He trains in Angel pools; We become His eyes, and ears, and hands ... We become His special tools. And because God is so busy, With way too much to do; He said that my assignment Was to keep close watch on you. Then He tucked me in your pocket, Blessing you with Angel care; Saying I must never leave you, And I vowed to stay right there! |
| Prince Charming Of Mine Black eyes, Shining under a starlit sky. Rough hands, Touching me so gently tonight. Sweet lips, All I could ask for is one last kiss. Strong arms Hold me this tight all my life. When light is fading You come to my dreams. I love you, Prince Charming, You’re all that I need. We kiss all night long, Exchanging no words. The bright on your eyes Tells me it’s love. But now it’s too late, The sunshine has arrived. Something here tells me This is our last time. My eyes drown in tears, While you, My Prince, leave. You’ve reached my heart And now say Goodbye I’ll never forget you, Prince Charming of mine. I’ll save a little place For you in my heart. Remember me always, And think well on me, Now that those endless nights Have vanished on a dream. I woke up this morning, I miss you, My Prince. But I swear you that always In my heart you’ll be the King. Slow Dance Have you ever watched kids On a merry-go-round Or listened to the rain lapping on the ground? Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight Or gazed at the sun into the fading night? You better slow down Don't dance so fast Time is short The music won't last. Do you run through each day on the fly? When you ask "How are you?" Do you hear the reply? When the day is done, Do you lie in your bed With the next hundred chores Running through your head? You'd better slow down Don't dance so fast Time is short The music won't last. Ever told your child, We'll do it tomorrow And in your haste, not see his sorrow? Ever lost touch, Let a good friendship die 'Cause you never had time To call and say "Hi"? You'd better slow down Don't dance so fast Time is short The music won't last. When you run so fast to get somewhere You miss half the fun of getting there. When you worry and hurry through your day, It is like an unopened gift.... Thrown away... Life is not a race. Do take it slower Hear the music Before the song is over. Some people come into our lives and quickly go… Some people become friends and stay awhile... leaving beautiful footprints on our hearts and we are quite the same because we have made a good friend! Teenagers Are Amazing Teenagers are amazing, I wish the world would see, just how beautiful we are, how compassionate we can be. I wish they could take back, all the cynical things they've said, and see how much we shine, be positive instead. Remark on our radiant smiles, and the differences we make, all of the people our lives touch, all of the chances that we take. Notice how we change, each and every day, wanting to leave childhood, yet desperately wanting to stay. I wish they could remember, how tough our lives can be, the promises that are broken, the violence that we see. Yet still we venture onward, unsure of where the road may lead, hoping they will take notice, hoping they'll take heed, of the changes that we've made, of the power that we hold, of the wisdom we have hidden, of the stories yet untold. I hope the world will notice, what some have already seen, teenagers are amazing people, striving to follow their dreams. |
