MOLION Vice Chairman & Marketing Director A former Procter & Gamble top executive, he is the principal marketing planner of the Company while running his own consumer product distributorship firm, Prompt Services, Inc. He makes sure that the services the Company provides its clients are guided by sound marketing objectives. Manny worked with Procter & Gamble Phils., Inc. as Sales Section Manager when he finished his ECE course in college in 1986. He rose through the ranks and became national sales training manager in 1989 and national promotions manager in 1991. He took charge in the distribution of REBISCO products in the Visayas in 1991-92 and in 1994-95. In between, he caused the sale of most properties developed by Cebu Holdings, Inc. of Ayala Land at the Cebu Business Park as sales and marketing manager in 1992-93. Before setting up Prompt and this Company, Manny shared his marketing and business management expertise to three big Cebu-based firms: Prince Warehouse Club (1993), E. V. Amores Properties Inc. (1995) and Shemberg Marketing Corp. (1995). Since his collegiate years at USC, Manny has been very active in various groups like the Rotary and DeMolay and some campus organizations which he assumed leadership. Born on November 21, 1965, he is married to the former Liza Torralba with whom he has two children -- Michael Steven, 10; and Man, 8. WILLIAM YU BORROMEO Director & Legal Counsel A practicing lawyer specializing in Corporate Law, he takes care of making sure that the Company's corporate objectives are achieved and its direction in the right course. He also acts as legal adviser on corporate affairs. William runs his own firms -- Cebu Video Master, Maguikay Realty Development Corp. and Cebu Sentra Plastics Corp.; while being involved with two others as corporate secretary -- Grand Hope Philippines and Yu Hing Enterprises (Phil.) Inc. A product of the University of San Carlos Colleges of Law and Commerce (Business Administration), he was born on May 20, 1954 and married to Debbie with whom he has three kids: Abigail Suzzane, 21; Beverly Mae, 18; and Charlene Kate, 9. RICHELL F. EVIOTA Treasurer & Finance Director She keeps and handles corporate funds and assets, while over-seeing office administration when not attending to her profession as a mentor of St. Joseph's Academy in Mandaue City. In business, she served as Director in 1994-95 of Frontline. Born on August 19, 1968, she had her college studies at Cebu State College where she also had post-graduate studies. She is the wife of the Company's prime mover with whom they raise Chervin Kaezar "KC," 20, and Cherssy Kaye, 14. ALVIN BUTCH E. CANARES Corporate Secretary & Legal Counsel A specialist in Corporate Law, he looks at legal points in the Company's service to its clients and serves as an on-call legal counsel. He is currently on leave in serving the company for his work at the Office of the Visayas Ombudsman - Visayas. He was connected for three years from 1995 with Ludo & Luym Oleochemical Corp. as legal officer after a 3-year stint as partner in E.B. Ramos & Associates. A student leader and an acknowledged pillar of the Philippine Junior Jaycees at USC, he was born on April 11, 1968 and studied Law and Political Science in USC after learning Machine Shop work at Don Bosco Technical High School. He is married to model-turned-events organizer Angela Perez. |
