But lets get into the final days of school news
It's time for Water Country
Water Country is Monday and we are going to have fun.
Monday's News
The day started with everybody going into homeroom a little worried about if the trip to Water Country was still on. The kids were in the classroom with their bags and lunches waiting until the final call was made. But when Mr. G announced that the trip was off every one got depressed. The trip would now have to be on Thursday. He also announced that we would all have to call home to our parents due to school policy. While the phone calls were being made and the teachers were making sure the phone calls made there was havoc in the classrooms. Note: Mrs. G was not in so one classroom did not have a teacher in there. In the one of the class rooms a kid was walking around asking students to sign a protest saying that all these people are demanding to go to Water Country. Even though I thought it was worthless I signed it anyways just to go along. In a another room students were throughing chess boards around. While in another home room ( The one without a teacher ) people were hanging signs up on a skeleton model saying no Water Country no peace and We want Water Country. I'm not sure what happened in the other classroom but in every classroom I named there was swearing. After the phone calls were made to parents we watched the movie Shiloh up until lunch time. After lunch we had normal classes. The rest of the day seemed to run up fine. And that's what happened on Monday 6/12.

Tuesday's News
Today wasn't as intresting as yesterday. We had a fire drill right in the morning at 7:32 during homeroom. Then we had reading where we got "Memory Books" to right in. The memory books are just little books where you write little messages or signatures to your friends. Then we went through a class of Social Studies and then went to Science where we learned about frog disecting that will take place later on in the week. Then it was time for the BBQ where the ones who payed got issued year books. During the BBQ kids met with other 6th graders from different teams. Then after the BBQ we went through two other classes. At 1:30 we were allowed to go outside and some other kids "Memory Books." During the 1:30 time Tim H., Alex S., and Randy S., got in trouble for supposively saying something unapropriet to another girl. They are supposed to get pink slips. ( Pink Slip=Outside of School Suspension=No Water Country. That is all of Tuesday's News.
Wednesday's News
The morning started off as usual we went to reading. Then we went two classes and then to lunch. After lunch the gator group got to go to science for frog disection. I think most people enjoyed maybe their first chance to disect something. After science it was time to go to 2nd UA where most UA classes went to the exersice room to see 7 UP preform. ( I also enjoyed Kaitlyn W. doing a good unexpected preformance of Eternal Flame. It is nice to see 6th graders take part in songs with 8th graders. Because soon some of the 6th graders could be the ones preforming as 8th graders. ) After the preformance we went to team meeting where we just got more information about tommorrows Water Country trip. That is pretty much what happened on Wednesday.
Other Info.
Rumors are that Randy S. and Tim H. did not get in trouble. But Alex S. got a Saturday dentention. (Facts may not be completly true. I'm not going to write about this any more untill I know the whole story.)
Water Country is tomorrow and we are all going to have fun.
Less then 5 days of school left.
Books will be turned in on Friday.
Locker cleanout Monday morning.
Another rumor is that Jeff L. is not going to be back untill next year because of a suspension which involed pantsing. ( Rumor )
