Mom found me for sale on a classifieds adds site (Upatsix). She always wanted a Congo. It didn't take her long to talk dad into getting me for her. Within a week of back and fourth emails... mom and dad drove 3 1/2 hours (one way) to get me. Dad didn't think he'd be that crazy about birds... ya right! It was love at first sight. I took right to him and he to me. Although mama cleans my cage, feeds me and all that other stuff... dad lets me help him wash dishes (ok, I sit on his shoulder and watch), I get to take his tooth brush out of his mouth when he's trying to brush his teeth, when he's in the shower... I'm on the shower rod, when he's watching tv, I'm right there also. He even has a cage that I go in when he's outside. I have the freedom of the house. Mama put a play stand for me in the kitchen so I fly out there and hang out with everyone out there. I like to hang out in the bathroom too. If you don't see me in the kitchen or living room... check the shower rod. I'll sit in there even in the dark. Rule #1 in this house... make sure the toilet seat is down...lol, mama won't take a chance of me getting hurt!

Mama wanted to belong to me... I'm a Daddy's girl. Mom feeds me, cleans my cage, makes my toys, and all that good stuff moms do but; I would rather be on dads head, arm, shoulder or lap. Where ever he goes... I go! I guess you would have to say I started moms Bird Craze! She is owned by over 100 Parrots; from Big Greenwing Macaws to little English Budgies. Alot of them are breeders but are very special. They all have there own personalitys. Most breeders are still Pet Quality. Mom enjoys that... with the baby thing and getting to pick them up for an accasional hug and kiss. Mama has a few "FULL TIME" jobs. One is here at home taking care of us feathered children, the other is out of the house job. She also makes all our toys and sells them to pet stores, aviarys, and ONLINE. When she makes new toys.... I always get new ones. My favorite color is red. At Christmas time I get lots of toys wrapped in red paper. I get to open them all myself. If I run out of presents before everyone has theres opened.... I'll help open theres.
