Howard Wayland Jr. founded the Corporation in Mansfield, Arkansas on September 30, 1994. The corporate headquarters moved to Seminole, Florida in 1998. Thomas A. Bales is currently the president and has been in the mortgage banking business for over 16 years. He has experience in all aspects of the business from loan servicing, secondary marketing, retail origination, and asset / portfolio manangement. The company has a state license or is exempt from licensing nationwide.
CHM has a large and continuously expanding investor network who provide a wide variety of loan products which include: FNMA/FHLMC conventional loans, FHA / VA, Jumbo loans, B & C/ non-conforming, No-income verification, stated income programs, first time home buyer and many more!
The company has approximately 50 branches throughout the country . We are opening up new offices on a regular basis and to plan to grow to 100 branches by December 2000. |
