| They won it in Collin County and the JP Terry Douglas ordered my son to have his GED within a few months. This violated our civil rights again because all special education kids have until they are 21 years old to graduate. They formed so many untrue cases on my 25 year old son and had his probation officier revoke probation and he went to prison for three years. This son is Chad. He was not perfect, but he never did anything violent or malicous. My attorney said that he should have never gone to prison. ********************************************************* April 6, 2000, my oldest son, Chad Ray Bennett DOB 4-6-74, is back in trouble with parole due to Royse City once again lieing on him as they did to get him in prison. He was arrested and beat up very badly by Rockwall County Sherriff deptueys (this is where this Royse City chief's wife is employed) and he is in Rockwall County jail. They denied him treatment because they feared it getting recorded and therefore I went to Texas Jail Standards and they made the jail treat him, but they still will not get him to a hospital for a MRI, etc., for his back. Chad was sent back to prison because this was considered a parole violation. Now because of me suing them, they have stopped my food stamps from more false allegations. I have also been turned down for water payment assistance at Helping Hands in Rockwall Texas because the director, Margo Nelson, told me they cannot help disabled people. She claims that disability is a permanent hardship and they only help tempory hardships. I knew this was not true as I owned a business in this small county and knew of people getting help at many different times in the past. I started studying and writing and soon recieved back an e mail from Governor Bush's office, saying that Helping Hands is part of Texas Human Resourses and that I was right. Mr. Edmonds said that they are set up to help the disabled also and he would investigate. I immediately knew the "truth", as to why I was turned down for assistance.
