Cheat mode
Pause the game, then hold L and press C-Right, Right, Up, Down, C-Right, Right, Up, C-Left, C-Up. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Then all levels, tapes, full stats, and Officer Dick will be unlocked

Play as Officer Dick
Collect all thirty tapes with any character in career mode to unlock Officer Dick as a playable character.

Skip to restart
In career mode hold L and then hit C-left,C-right,C-down,Up,down

Unlimited Special
Hold L in career mode then hit C-down,C-up,C-left,down,up,down

Everything locked and maxed out
hold L in career mode then hit C-right,right,up,down,C-right,right,up,C-left,and up

Private Carrea Cheat:

First beat the game with everyone and get every tape with everyone and then look
at you character selection screen and she should be there

Hidden Tape Locations:

Wherehouse:Woodland Hills

This one is pretty easy if you are able to do it the first time. Simply turn
right as you start out and make a left, then go down the ramp that is to the
right of the one that you started out facing. once at the bottom, turn slightly
to the right again. You should have enough speed to soar over the halfpipe and
crash into a glass room (the secret room). The tape should be floating in there.
You can also get extra pionts for jumping over the halfpipe and into the secret
room.

Schoolyard:Miami

This one is very tricky to find but I,myself found it from exploring the level.
Start the level and head of the ramp to the right.Once off head over to the alley
with the ramp leading to the roof. Once on the roof head over the the part that
almost looks like another floor or room. There you will see a large grind rail
goes off the roof onto an overhang. Grind down it and it will lead you to an
overhang just like the one that you started out on. Crouch down to get soeed and
align yourself ibn the middle of the overhang. At the end ollie and you will run
into the hidden tape.

Mall:New York

This one was a little tricky for me at first but after a while I figured it out.
First, head down the ramps and stay to the right of the mall after you pass a
fairly big sized pond there should be an escalator.Right to the right of the
escalator there should be a rail wich you can grind on.Grind on it and when you get
to the end jump off and you should have enough speed to land on one of the two
rails hanging from the roof.Just grind all the way down to the end and jump off
to retrieve the hidden tape.

Downtown:Minneanapolis

For this ne you will need a lot of air and speed. Start out by skater until you get
to the end of the street and the beginning of the intersection. Then turn around
and jump off one of the ramps at the very end. While on the higher street, turn
left and you will see a truck with a ramp on it.
go up the ramp until you reach the roof,then turn slightly to the left and then
slightly to the right till you get to a place with quarterpipes on all for sides
of you then turn right and ramp off the quarterpipe for air when you come down
align yourself with the ramp and when you jump off you should get the hidden tape.

Downhill Jam:Pheonix

I think this one is the hardest one to get in the game.Start out and go down
till you see an inclined path right before the halfpipe.Jump off it and grind the
rail till you get to the top, then at the end is another rail.Grind that and you
will end up heading towards a gap. Just wall ride the wall on the left and then
you will encounter another gap but just do the same thing.Then you will see a big
drop off,angle yourself slightly to the right and if you have enough speed then
you should reach a rock pillar with the hidden tape.
