| Codes that don't need a game shark to work. |
NOTE: These codes do not, I repeate do not need a game shark to work. Some may screw up your game, but that's not my liability. Use these codes at your own risk if they have a WARNING sighn next to them.
DUPLICATE ITEMS
First put the item you want duplicated in the first item slot in your inventory. Then go to Viridian City and talk to the old man. When he asks if your in a hurry, answer NO. After he explains how to catch weedle, fly to Cinnabar and surf on the right side of the island along the edge of the water (next to the gym), you should kinda be on half land and half water. Wait untill you encounter Missingno. You then kick his ass. After you kicked his ass you should have 99 of the item in your first slot. NOTE: The good thing about this code is that it can be repeated over and over and over again.
CLONE POKEMON (WARNING)
This code requires another gameboy and pokemon game. Trade the pokemon that you want cloned to the other game. When the pokemon you want cloned is trading to the other game and you see the screen that says WAITING you turn off the gameboy that the cloned pokemon came from. When the screen on the other gameboy says TRADE COMPLETE turn that one off. When you turn the game back on there should be the pokemon on both gamboys. NOTE: I recomend that you save the game a couple of times before you try this code because it can cause save game loss at certian times
CATCH SAFARI ZONE POKEMON OUT OF SAFARI ZONE
This code is quite simple. All you do is go into the safari zone. The second you go in exit it. When the guy says ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO LEAVE say YES. Then fly to Cinnabar and surf in the same area that you did to duplicate items. After a while you should start to see safari zone pokemon and other rare pokemon.
99 MASTER BALLS
Just put the master ball in the first item slot in your inventory and do the duplicate items code. I highly recomend doing this on you master ball because it allows you to catch pokemon and fill up your pokedex without going through all the hard fighting.
FISH FOREVER
Go inot the safari zone and find some water. Since the time in the safari zone is how many steps you take you can just stand there and fish forever in the safari zone. This is a good tip for getting rare water pokemon.
EASY POKEMON CAPTURE
When you throw a pokeball hold A as it closes in on the pokemon. The pokeball will shut tighter, making it easier to catch the pokemon. Throw any kind of pokeball while pressing a+select to have it act like a masterball or ultraball. NOTE: Timing is everything on this code. Try to push the buttons when the ball is about to close on the pokemon.
HARDER HITTING ATTACKS
While attacking hold A to do more damage.
PIKABLU CODE ( yes this is the code everyone wants )
Follow these steps exactly! This is a very complicated code.
1. First catch all 150 Pokemon NOT I repeat NOT using a gameshark or any other cheat divise and have all 8 badges.
2. Then you also must have 17 of your pokemon over lvl 70.
3. Then when all of those tasks are completed, go to the guy in Pewter City who asks you " have you been to the museum yet? " say no so he takes you to the door.
4. Then go in and go upstairs and talk to the lady who says " I want my boyfriend to catch me a pikachu!" or something like that.
5. After you talk to her, immediatly exit the building. When you exit don't take a step, not one step. Immediatly fly to Celedon City.
6. Go into the game corner and talk to the lady who says " Go next door to the coin exchange corner to use your coins to get great prizes!"
7. But this time she will say " Hey? You have all the badges? WOW! Well then since you were nice enough to talk to me, I will give you this pokemon I found stranded behind the Pokemon Museum, he is so strong I can't control him. But since you have all the badges you take him."
8. It will say " You got ???????" Then when you try to use it it will be just like pushing cancel and will exit every time you click on it. Go to proffesor Oak and he will say the same thing he says when you give him his parcel, It will still say " YOU DELIVERED OAKS PARCEL!"
9. Then enter your pokemon line. The item will replace the pokemon that was in your first slot so pick a bad one to put there before you do this code. It will still be called ????? so go to the nickname guy and change it to Pikablu. Pikablue has a ElectricWave, Psyshock, and Electode as moves. Electrode is an awesome move!!!
There we go people the pikablu code that everyone wanted.
YOSHI-MON CODE
Follow these steps to get Yoshi in Pokemon.
1. Have a red and blue version and both players must have all 150 pokemon ( not using gameshark)
2. Trade a Dratini from the red version to the blue version.
3. Have blue version evolve Dratini to it's next stage.
4. Trade Dratini back to red version.
5. Now go to the dungeon where you found Mewtwo and surf in the water that's closest to where you found Mewtwo.
6. Use a Firestone on the evolved Dratini, it will say not able but you can use it anyways. Then it will start to evolve into Yoshi. It's moves will be the same but its ID will be 999.
MEW CODE
This code take takes a long time to do but it works. Put a magikarp ( low level) in daycare. Keep it there untill it grows to lvl 50. Pay the daycare person the big money to get your magikarp back. When you get it back it will say that your magikarp is evolving and it should evolve into Mew.
ULTRA ROD
Have all 150 pokemon and have beaten the elite 4. Go talk to the guy who gave you the super rod 1000 times. He'll then say something like ' I'm kind of getting tired of talking to you. Will you go away if I give this to you. And you will recieve a ultra rod.
