Chameleon Twist 2
Different Background Pictures
When you beat the game you will be rewarded with new background pictures. To see them you need to save the game on an N64 controler pack after you beat chamelon twist 2. You will see the new pictures when you reset the N64 or exit any option screen (training, options, etc.)
Get Chameleon Costumes
Play any level and get all 20 golden coins. After you beat the boss you will be rewarded with a chameleon costume. To change costumes:
Go to the level selection screen.
Press START to see a new option labled COSTUMES alongside the SAVE and EXIT options.
Highlight the COSTUMES option, press the "A" button and select the desired costume of your choice
ClayFighter 63 1/3
300 Hit Combos
First perform any Combo. When your opponent's life meter turns red, execute one of your character's Special Moves. Many hits will follow, and you can still do your character's Claytality!
Alternate Colors
To choose your clay fighter's alternate color, press C-Down to select your character.
Level Select
In the two-player mode, when the versus screen comes up, press C-Right or C-Left to change the stage you will fight in.
Play as Boogerman
To play as Boogerman, go to the Character Select screen, then hold L and press Up, Right, Down, Left, Right, Left on the d-pad (not the analog stick.)

Play as Dr. Kiln
To play as Dr. Kiln go to the player select screen and press and hold the L button, press B, left C, up C, right C, down C, A. There should be a flash on the screen.
Play as Sumo Santa
At the Character Select screen, hold L and press A, C-Down, C-Right, C-Up, C-Left, B.
Random Character Selection
At the character selection screen, hold the L and R buttons simultaneously and a random clay fighter will be chosen for you.
Secret Options
At the Character Select screen, hold L and press C-Up, C-Right, C-Left, C-Down, B, A, A. A flash of light will confirm the code.
Then go to the option menu and you will see a new menu for Secret Options. Now you can choose itty bitty/massive bodies, high/low voices, background select, and a few other options.
Sumo Santa's Moves

Taunts
To taunt your opponent, enter one of the codes below. (Depending on your character, of course.)
Bad Mr. Frosty: L, R + B simultaneously or L, R + A simultaneously.

Dr. Kiln: L, R + A simultaneously.
Earthworm Jim: L, R + A simultaneously.

ClayFighter 63 1/3 Sculptor's Cut
Rental-only version of ClayFighter 63 1/3. The game features a new opening animation and song as well as some extra stages and characters.
Alternate Colors
To change your character's color, press C-Down instead of A when selecting him.
Play as Boogerman
On the Character Select screen, highlight either of the question mark boxes, hold the L Button and press B, B, Right C, Right C, Left C, Right C. Release L and press R to make Boogerman appear in that box.
Play as Earthworm Jim
On the Character Select screen, highlight one of the question marks, hold L and press B, C-Left, C-Up, C-Right, C-Down, C-Up. Release L and press R to make Earthworm Jim appear in that box.
Play as High Five
On the Character Select screen, highlight either of the question mark boxes, hold the L Button and press Up C, Down C, Left C, Right C, B, A. Release L and press R to make High Five appear in that box.
Play as Sumo Santa

Bonus Cars
At the vehicle selection screen, highlight any car except the Ferrari. Then, press up-C + left-C + down-C. The automobile will become a jeep, police car or school bus!
(Note: This cheat does not work with the Ferrari.)

Bugs Splattering against the Windshield
To see flies splatter against the windshield (and an occasional bird dropping), drive through Iowa or Indiana in cockpit view!
Color Change
After you've earned new cars, press C-Up on the Car Selection screen to change your vehicle's color.
Color Change"2"
After beating the game using the police car, the blue stripe turns to green, to change it back to blue, First go to car selection, then choose police car (the code to get the police car is already on here) then while selecting the police car press DOWN on the control stick. To race car with green, then while holding DOWN press start. you can also change it back to green again by pressing UP on the control stick and start.
Easy Upgrades
Here's a faster way to update cars in a two-player game.
Start a two-player game, and race until you reach Washington D.C. When the DC race begins, press Start and quit the game.
Next, have player #1 return to Washington D.C. and upgrade his car. After player #1 has finished, player #2 should do the same thing. Happy cruising!
Emergency Vehicle Mode
To activate flashing lights and sirens:
Get a high score on any race. Then, after entering your initials at the “Hot Times” screen, scroll to the bottom of the High Scores list and hold the d-pad diagonal (DOWN-LEFT). A conveyer belt will move; and after 30 seconds a head will scroll by saying, “I love this job!”
Release the buttons and return to the vehicle selection screen. Choose either the patrol car or school bus by highlighting an automobile – not the Ferrari – and pressing: up-C + left-C + down-C.
To activate lights and siren, press: BRAKE [twice] and then hold GAS while driving.
(Note: While this cheat only works with the patrol car and school bus, it will enable brake lights on other cars.)
Iowa Hitchhiker
In Iowa, after passing the second field of corn you will see a lone pine tree on the left side of the road and a hitchhiker standing beside it. Slowly ram the pine. The woman standing next to it will now be holding a sign.
Lost Wheels
After a two-player challenge game, the losing player's right front wheel will fall off if you continuously rotate the analog joystick clockwise. This should happen after the car rotates 3-4 times. Talk about driving till the wheels fall off!
Nitro Boost
Nitro Boost To activate a cheat, get a high score on any race. Then, after entering your initials at the “Hot Times” screen, scroll to the bottom of the High Scores list and hold the d-pad diagonal (DOWN-LEFT). A conveyer belt will move; and after about 30 seconds a head will scroll by saying, “I love this job!” During the game, following each checkpoint, press: Brake [three times], Gas, Brake, and Gas.
Shortcuts
Grand Canyon
After the first checkpoint in the Grand Canyon, straddle the shoulder on the right side of the road until you see a dirt ramp. Leaving the road, take the ramp and cross the bridge.
Washington DC
In DC, there is a construction wall on the left side of the road. Squeeze through the partition to quickly reach the next checkpoint.
Thwart Race Leader
Chicago
After the first two turns in Chicago, you’ll see a car along the right side of the road. Hit it and it will fall right in front of the first place driver!
Grand Canyon
Scattered along the roadside in Grand Canyon are boulders from rockslides. Hit them and they will roll in front of the first place driver!

Diddy Kong Racing
2X Speed Burst
Whenever you hit a zipper of any kind, or use any Speed Burst item, let go of the Accelerate button before you use the item or hit the zipper. The boost should be twice as powerful.
Adventure 2
To play the second adventure, make your way to Space World (see below) and beat Wizpig again. You'll now have a new option called ADVENTURE 2. In this mode you have to collect platinum balloons and all the adventure tracks will be reversed.
Beating Wizpig
To beat Wizpig the first time, make sure you're using Bumper and start the race. You have to hit every zipper on every lap; if you miss more than one you can't win. Remember to let off the gas right before you hit the zippers for added boost! If you hit all the zippers and get that extra boost you'll beat him with ease!
Beating Wizpig the second time is actually easier than the first if you're using Diddy Kong. First, turbo start and immediately grab the first blue ballon, use it right away and stay low. (It is very important to make all the turns, without hitting the sides of the walls and caves.)
Second, grab the first red ballon (low route) then the second, giving you a heat seeker. You should be close behind him, fire away and fly high. The high route gives you a turbo boost going into the caves; use it immediately (it is possible to pull into first going into the caves.)
As soon as you're in the caves, get the first blue ballon on the left, use it and stay low, this should definately boost you in front of wizpig. Stay low and don't worry about any other ballons until you see the Shield ballon on the left. Make sure you get it, you will need it to make it through Wizpig's chamber. Use it as soon as the space ships start shooting. If done correctly, you will stay in front of wizpig the rest of the race.
For the second and third laps, get only the blue ballons as before, avoid all red ballons, and make sure you get the shield ballon, he normally will never pass you once you pull ahead, as long as you don't hit walls. If he does pull ahead, you will only need one red ballon, then you should be able to pass once again.

Different Sky in Star City
Usually, the sky in Star City is red, but this trick makes it blue. First go to the magic code screen and enter the code "doublevision". Now (if you have two controllers) select the same character and start racing in Star City. The sky will be blue
Hidden Gold Balloon
This works best with the hover car. In the lobby, go thru the waterfall to enter the snow-covered place. Continue down the river untill you go thru a small doorway. As soon as you go thru the doorway, head rihgt onto the grass. Keep going untill you get to a ramp. Go up the ramp and there should be a golden balloon.
Key Locations
Dino Domain key:
This key is located in the track called "Ancient Lake". When you start, go straight. Look straight ahead, you can see the key located on a ramp right in front of you between two Stonehenge-like monuments
Snowflake Mountain key:
This key is located in the track called "Snowball Valley". When you start, don't go. Just make an immediate left and go through the path in the mountains. Then take another right and you should see the key in an alcove in the side of the mountain.
Sherbert Island key:
This key is located in the track called "Crescent Island". When you start, take the left path. After the second zipper, lead left even more, into the water. Go and look at the side of the mountain straight ahead. There should be an alcove with the key in it.
Dragon Forest key:
This key is located in the track called "Boulder Canyon". Get to the part of the track where you see a bell hanging from the ceiling. Power up your speed burst to level 3 (get three blue balloons). The turn around and face the bell from the "wrong way" then hit the bell. The drawbridge in front of you should raise. Use your level 3 speedburst and speed up the raising drawbridge and get the key. (Make sure its a 2x burst, and be sure to jump right when you reach the top of the bridge!)

Play as Drumstick
To play as Drumstick, find all of the amulets, the WizPig and the TT amulets. Once you've done this, go to the main feild where you usually start and go over to the frogs by the water. Find the frog with a little red bird on it's head and run over it. You also need to finish first in all the Trophy Races. Drumstick will appear and you can now race with him whenever you want.

Shortcuts
Fossil Canyon: This one is obvious. At the fork in the road, take a left. It's a bit shorter and safer.
Dino Domain Boss: This shortcut is on the boss of Dino Domain (the triceratops). About halfway up the mountain, after the place where you go past a large pillar on the right with two balloons, you should see some bushes on the right. Behind them is a tunnel that will almost assure that you'll win.
Frosty Village 1: In the part where you go past several large pillars, go either left or right off-road. You must make use of the three Zippers of both paths.
Frosty Village 2: You must use the hovercraft to take this shortcut without losing speed. Near the end, you'll see a large outcropping with three ledges on it on the right, surrounded by a lake. Underneath it is a tunnel. Go through it.
Snowball Valley 1: Like Fossil Canyon, take the left path at the fork. It's faster.
Snowball Valley 2: The other shortcut is not really a shortcut. Instead, you must grab one of the shield power-ups before the snowball area. Use it to sail right through the snowballs and gain some ground over your snowball-dodging opponents.
Crescent Island 1: Right before the tunnel at the beginning, you'll see a path on the left. Follow it to get a magnet balloon and get ahead.
Crescent Island 2: Using the hovercraft, go left around the pirate ship to find a shorter tunnel.
Crescent Island 3: Or, you can go on the ship and go on the right path next to the tunnel. Then hop right to go through the hole.
Crescent Island 4: The last shortcut here is found after the pirate ship. On the final turn before the end, make a powerslide/hop right to go around the pillar on the right. It's a great way to win at the last second(and it contains a Silver Coin).
Whale Bay: Use the whale near the beginning to jump over the pirate's ship and get a magnet power-up and jump ahead of you foes. Pirate's Lagoon: Near the end, use the Zipper to jump the ramp and get a Turbo power-up.
Windmill Plains: Go through the windmills at the beginning. Both of them contain a Zipper and a Magnet power-up.
Boulder Canyon: In the area after the indoor waterfall, you will see a red balloon on the left and a green one on the right, leading to the rest of the track. But grab the red one and you'll find a hidden tunnel behind it. It contains two coins and is shorter.
Greenwood Village: Near the beginning, you'll go through a village area. You should see a well. Hit the brakes as you approach it and drive over it. You should fall down to a tunnel with a Zipper in it. This is the shortcut.
Haunted Woods: At the fountain in the village area, take a right. It looks longer, but it gets you to the tunnel a bit faster (and it contains a Silver Coin.)
Sherbet Island Boss/Boulder Canyon: In both of these races, you should gain some speed if you hop over the logs with the hovercraft at the right angle. Be careful, if you go at the wrong angle, you'll crash into the log and lose speed!
Star City: Choose the Airplane, then go into Star City and look for the N64 railway train. Follow it for a shortcut. Note: Do NOT hit the train, or else it will go slower.
Alternatively, continue going straight when your in the glass room. When you exit fly high. Look for the Rareware sign (the letter R) and go right through it.
Space World
To visit Space World, you must beat WizPig and get all of the Trophies and Amulets. Once you've done that, go to the sign by the lighthouse and honk at the sign near it. The lighthouse will transform into a rocket and into space.
Turbo Boost
After the announcer says "Get Ready" and the words start to disappear at the start of a race, press the A button. You will get a turbo boost. This helps dramatically in your racing success!
