| *Disclaimer* There are so many ways I can go with this issue. I'll try and focus on one and tie the others into it. I'll do my best. There is also content in this article that may be sensitive to some of you. You have been warned. Let me first give you people a crash course on what's been happening the last 3 weeks. For those of you who don't know or live on another planet, the "infamous" B-List "Celebrity" Anna Nicole Smith, passed away a few weeks ago. Ever since she died, there has been a media frenzy. The day she died and the day after were the two main days everyone "reflected" on her passing and tried to figure out who the hell Anna Nicole Smith was and to be frank, why she was so important for them to be talking about her over other issues that currently effect our every day lives.(You know, stuff more important than the economy, jobs, welfare, the "war", and even Dr. Pepper) But it didn't just stop there. The last week or so, there has been a trial going on about who gets the deceased body of Anna Nicole. Add in the fact, that Anna Nicole had a baby 5 months ago and they still don't know who the biological father is. The trial for the body, was on for 4 days on EVERY NEWS CHANNEL. I couldn't help but watch. It gives me more comedy fodder for my own purposes. Also, if you've been watching, the judge running the "circus" its possibly one of the most hilarious guys ever. Well that proceeding is now over and now they have to find out who the father of Smith's baby is. Also, Anna's attorney and "husband"/lawyer, Howard K. Stern, is still in an on going 10+ year court battle on who gets the remains and profits of Anna's late 90 year old husband, J. Howard Marshall. Oh and by the way, Anna Nicole's son, Daniel, killed himself about 5 months ago so that's just another variable in this whole mess. Now, what exactly am I trying to get at you ask? I'll tell you. NONE OF THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! NONE OF IT SHOULD BE AN ISSUE!!! That's basically what I am trying to say. People die every day. People die every minute, every second. Everyone dies. So why should someone like Anna Nicole Smith, be more important or magnified then everyone else's death? If she had a case, for instance, like Martin Luther King, then I'd at least understand why everyone is so interested. Now I believe what Dr.King did was important and should be noted for what he did for civil rights. However, he is still just one guy, who did a lot of things, a lot of good things, but just happened to die like everyone else has and will. That's just my opinion on death. But my point is that what is the media's and most people's concern about Anna Nicole Smith? Do they just want to make money? What the fuck did she do for this world? From what I got, she was a famous playboy model who somewhat resembled Marilyn Monroe, who married a 87 year old man for his money, who then got depressed and became fat as hell, who had her own show on E! that nobody watched, who lost all her fat from Trim Spa, and now is dead. Doesn't seem all that important or innovating to me. Did she cure cancer? No. Did she spread peace through out the world? No. Was she a washed up model who got t-bagged by an 87 year old man for his money and had a lot of problems and is now dead? Perhaps. Either way, it shouldn't be that big of deal. Our society puts too much emphasis on death and it really pisses me off. A lot of people "fear" death or think it's the worst thing in the world. Well, regardless of what you believe, can't we all just live our lives to the fullest and when death happens it happens? It's just another part of life. It happens EVERY DAY. Get over it. By the way, this next image might be controversial but I believe it's necessary.  No offense to Steve Irwin, but it's true. He's still dead. You people need to let stuff go. Reflect on the good times. Then move on. That's all you can do. Killing stingrays and leaving them on the beach in a vengeful fashion will not bring Steve back. I'm sorry, but it's true. That's it for today folks. Next time will hopefully be on an issue way more entertaining then Anna Nicole Smith and Death. However, it needed to be said.
