| Automatic Freethrows If you are dying to practice your freethrows, then do the following: Push towards your opponent so you're running at the net and they're stopping you there. Now do a quick fade-away and you'll kick them over. If you do this correctly then 90% of the time you'll be awarded free-throws! NOTE: You will be awarded only one free-throw if you make the fade-away shot and two if you miss it.
