Types of endings: What choices and what you do during game play will effect on the ending you get.Here they are....

Bad Ending
Prizes:
Gas Tank (Found in the gas station and used to power the other two prizes)
Chainsaw (Found in the busted window of "Cut Rite Chainsaws". Damage to enemy - Semi-powerful
Rock Drill (Found in the room under the drawbridge.Damage to enemy - Weak

Bad + Ending
Prizes:
Katana/Sword (Found in the formerly locked room in the "doghouse" on "Levin Street".Damage to enemy - Powerful/Good three hit combo.

Good Ending
Prizes:
HyperBaster (Obtained when you start the new game. This is awesome and it never runs out of ammo. Damage to Enemy - Very Powerful

Good+ Ending
Prizes:
Channeling Stone (Found in the convenience store. No one knows where to use this or what it does). If you know what it does e - mail me please!!!!

Extra Drinks In the Hospital:
On the first floor of the Hospital go to the Broken Vending Machine and press the action button for three or four Health drinks.

Extra Options:
During Gameplay press select and go to options, and press one of the shoulder buttons (R2,L2,R1 or L1) and the screen will turn red and there will be some new options enabled.
