Missions
Mission 1: Arkangelsk, USSR part 1: Byelomorye Dam The Soviets wisely chose the spot for this top-secret chemical weapons facility. Byelomorye Dam, in the rugged mountains near the port city of Arkangelsk, may quite possibly be the most secure spot in the entire Soviet Union. Nerve gas produced here has been tracked to rogue regimes and international terrorists, resulting in international instability and gaining the USSR badly needed hard currency to boot. Your main task in this part of your mission is to evade the security forces and descend the sheer face of the dam -- one of the world's tallest. part 2: Chemical Warfare Facility #2 If you succeed in bungee-jumping down the face of the dam, you'll find that your mission has just begun. MI6 has located an air duct that leads to the men's restroom in the weapons facility. You'll need to drop in on the resting comrades and make your way to the lab. Just beyond is your chief goal: the bottling tanks containing deadly nerve gas. You'll rendezvous with 006 there. Destroying the bottling tanks is your top priority, 007, but while you're at it please try to minimize collateral damage. Her Majesty's diplomats will be mightily displeased with us if we start knocking over Soviet scientists like so many cricket pins at Oxford. Plenty of sentries prowl the corridors and labs of the covert facility, and they're all armed to the teeth. Show discretion in your choice of weaponry, lest you alarm everyone within earshot. part 3: Runway, Chemical Warfare Facility #2 Getting out looks like a dicey proposition, 007. Intelligence reports confirm that the only sure way out is to commandeer the light plane used to ferry supplies and men to the facility. Just getting to the plane will be your biggest task, especially since detonating the bottling facility should rouse any Soviet soldier north of the 50th parallel. Recon photographs indicate the presence of a tank at the base of the dam. Not terribly nimble, 007, but it could help shuttle you to the airplane. Oh, and did I mention that our staff climatologists warn that snowfall is quite likely in the Arkangelsk area this time of year? Be prepared for slippery traction.
Multiplayer
SCENARIOS There are six different scenarios, each with different victory conditions, available to test your skills, 007. NORMAL In the Normal scenario, you have a life bar just like during your missions. The object here is to kill your opponents more often than they kill you. You can base the victory conditions on time (most kills in 5, 10 or 20 minutes) or on kills (first to 5, 10 or 20 kills ). YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE In this scenario, each agent only lives twice, and the last agent standing wins. You can't alter the Game Length in this scenario. THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS In this unusual scenario, the object is to locate the white flag token and try to be the one to hold it the longest. The only catch is, when you're carrying the flag, you can't use a weapon! You can set this game to last 5, 10, 20 or unlimited minutes. The person holding the flag will show up on radar as a blue dot. THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN The Golden Gun becomes the deadliest weapon in the maze in this scenario. All other weapons function normally, but the Golden Gun will eliminate your opponents with a single hit. This confers a real advantage to the man or woman with the Golden Gun, who will be marked on the radar with a blue dot. You can't change the Weapons option in this scenario, and there is only one Golden Gun. LICENSE TO KILL One hit amounts to one kill in this scenario. You're sure to rack up

64 Characters Code This code opens up all of the characters in Multi-Player mode, including 31 that are not available any other way. This is a long code -- 10 steps -- and may take a few tries to enter properly. You can do this code anywhere, but it's best to do it on the Multi-Player Character Select screen while looking at the last available character (Mishkin or Moonraker Elite). Then: 1. Hold the L and R Buttons and press C-Left (the left C button). 2. Hold the L Button and press C-Up. 3. Hold the L and R Buttons and press Left on the digital Control Pad (NOT the Control Stick). Note: Doing this will select a different character on-screen. This is supposed to happen. 4. Hold the L Button and press Right on the Control Pad. 5. Hold the R Button and press Down on the Control Pad. 6. Hold the L and R Buttons and press C-Left. 7. Hold the L Button and press C-Up. 8. Hold the L and R Buttons and press Right on the Control Pad. 9. Hold the L and R Buttons and press C-Down. 10. Hold the L Button and press Down on the Control Pad. No sound is made to indicate the code was successfully entered. If you entered the code correctly, you will be able to select from nearly double the characters you had access to before.
