I will enter the shower this morning Washing away the evil that haunted me the day before I will soap away the germs of society, and the remarks as well I will shampoo out all the knots in my head; as well as out I will shower away the remarks of those who do not appreciate me I will bring in the warmth of the remarks of those who do I will close my eyes, to embark on a brand new day of welcome I will open my eyes to wash out the sin that I have seen I will wash out all the death wishes I have ever wished I will listen to the warm drops of water falling over my cool body I will vask in the warmth of the drops of water skipping off my face I will smile and wash away the bad memories and thoughts Because I stepped in the shower. |
