Newsflash! The Pizza Cats are finally being shown in the US! If you have a FOX station in your area, be sure to check your local listings. Get those VCR's rolling... If you're in Canada, your out of luck because ytv and family channel are too damn retarded to put them on. they gave me this bull-shit about not have a contract with the maker and they don't plan on getting one in the near future! The Good Guys Speedy (Original name: Yattaro) The leader of the Pizza Cats. He is rather small but he holds a lot of power in that Magical Ginzu Sword he has (it slices, dices and destroys bad devices.) His other sword, called Binky for no apparent reason, can call upon the Supreme Catatonic to send the Pizza Cats their power armor. He and Guido have a crush on Lucille, often times causing her to...Nah, I won't spoil it. Guido Anchovie (Original Name: Sukashii) He's tall, dark and handsome (sigh...) This guy is, in my opinion, the coolest of the Pizza Cats. He uses the Sunspot Umbrella (Badbird calls it the Parasol of Doom) to either fry or hypnotize enemies, and with the sword hidden in it's handle, he can let out a magic blast that I think is even cooler than Speedy's! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Polly Esther (Original Name: Pururon) The only female on the fighting squad (not counting Francine) Polly has a temper about as hot as 550,692,084 jalapeno peppers when she gets mad. That's enough for her to BREAK a frying pan. Polly throws little heart darts and does Passion Paws Power, where she draws evildoers in with seductive movements of her paws, then requires them to have massive plastic surgery. She sang with Lucille in "The Pointless Sisters." Francine (Original name: Otama) Francine is the cat responsible for loading and aiming the big gun to bring the Cats into action. She says a really snappy rhyme to go along with it. Here is my fave: "Samurai Pizza Cats, taking to the skies/S-A-M-U-R-A-Is/Are they awesome? Well I guess/Samurai Pizza Cats, yes yes yes!" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Bad Guys Seymour "Big" Cheese (Original Name: Koon no Kami) Experts speculate whether Big Cheese is a rat or not. Well, he isn't. Koon no Kami means "God of Foxes." (From this you may figure out that Wankoo no Kami means "God of Dogs.") He seems to act better as a rat. Big Cheese has some royal authority and is the daily author of plans to take over Little Tokyo and rid it of the Pizza Cats. Well, thanks to them he never succeeds, and he always goes kaboom during an episode--sometimes twice! His hobbies include shopping and cross-dressing (EEEK! Run for the hills! It's Big Cheese in a dress!) Jerry Atric (Original Name: Gennarisai) Fifteen years ago, the young Big Cheese was walking in the forest, lost. Then he happened upon a house, and inside was Jerry, with a bad back. Big Cheese ran for it, stumbled as he got inside, went flying, and upon landing, planted a smooch on Jerry's beak. The rest, as we say, is history...Jerry is the author of most of these plans (but Big Cheese grabs all the credit for himself!) He dressed as Polly Esther in one episode, and boy, did he look stupid!!! The Rude Noise (Original Name: How the heck should I know?) These four avian miscreants--Bad Max (or in one episode, Crow Magnon), Cannonball Battley, Mojo Rojo and Ronnie Geismuller (thank you JoDonJoe) are part of the band Rude Noise. They gave our feline friends a run for their money while Big Cheese drained their solar power. They can join together to form a big, black bird or a robot, whatever they feel like. They played accompaniment for the singing (GASP!) Big Cheese. Badbird (Original Name: Karamaru) He has an IQ of -41 (is that theoretically possible?) and no high school diploma, but somehow or other he and the Ninja Crows manage to carry out Big Cheese and Jerry's plans. He wants to live up to his dad's name and become even badder than he was. He succeeded once in defeating Speedy, thanks to the ancient armor of Worc. He was once in love with Carla, but it was against his code of honor to love, so he had to leave her. In the last episode, he became good.
