| P.A.R.S. is an affiliate of Electronic Financial Group, whose experience with ACH or electronic payments began in 1988. Our banking relationship is over 12 years old. We were the first service bureau to accept "Checks by Phone" in 1991. This gave companies access to over 50 million potential new customers who had checking accounts, but did not have a major credit card. These customers could now buy products and services with the same ease and convenience as those with credit cards. Electronic Financial Group's growth is based upon its ability to develop programs and payment systems that give our clients a competitive advantage. We draw upon our expertise and resources in electronic payments to solve problems and implement unique services that work to save time and money. Each year Electronic Financial Group expands its capital and value added services. Our corporate headquarters is located at 4800 West Waco Drive in Waco, Texas, where we have established a 33,000 square foot Electronic Commerce Center. EFG is recognized by the Federal Reserve Bank as a service bureau for the processing of electronic payments and has received its own RTN Number. We are also recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a service bureau for the processing of electronic tax returns and are one of only five institutions offering refund check processing. Each month we process millions of dollars of transactions and take pride in the speed and accuracy in which the payment process occurs. We originate payments every business day and provide daily updates to our merchants. Over the years, we have built our banking relationship on successful processing, corporate integrity and customer service. Our computer software has been developed from practical experience and provides accurate tracking and a full set of added value features for managing risk and information that are not available from other service bureaus.
