| Simcity 2000 To make a military base within your city: GILMARTIN The following cheats work on all systems. Type the following codes to achieve the desired result: 1. CASS gives you $250,000 (or a firestorm) 2. FUND gives you $10,000 3. JOKE tells you a (kind of) funny 4. PORNTIPSGUZZARDO gives you $500,000 and all rewards joke The following cheats work on the Macintosh only. 1. ARDOgives you $500,000 2. VERS reports version number 3. JOKE prints a joke (only on Macintosh version 1.0) The following cheats work on the Windows 3.1only. Click the top of the toolbar before entering codes for the desired result. 1. OIVAIZMIR goes into debug mode 2. GOMORRAH watch out--it's a nuclear multdown! 3. BUDDAMUS gives you $500,000 and all the rewards 4. GILMARTIN gives you a military base 5. NOAH starts a flood 6. MOSOS stops the flood 7. MRSOLEARY starts a fire 8. Use the center tool and click on a helicopter a few times and the copter will crash. The following cheats work on the Windows 95 version only. 1. IMACHEATgives you $500,000 and all the rewards 2. PRISCILLA gives you the debug menu 3. GILMARTIN=military base Maxime Romano rromano@bigfoot.com 4. NOAH=starts a flood Maxime Romano rromano@bigfoot.com Version not known for these cheats: 5. Type FUNDS for a bond (issued at 25%) * But, wait, this is a 25% bond! Yeech! Wait a minute, we can make the percent NEGATIVE - just watch: At the VERY beginning of a new city, do this TWICE. Then, buy a normal bond. Look at the interest rate. Should be QUITE negative. 6. Try typing nasty words in the game (IBM) such as PORN, DAMN, etc... for a funny result. Swedish cheats: 7. Tik onder het spelen "Imacheat" in en je krijgt $ 500000,- erbij. 8. Tik onder het spelen "Priscilla" in en je krijgt in de "alt" balk een debug menu er bij. In dat menu kan je vragen voor extra dingen. 9. Tik onder het spelen "gilmartin" in je er wordt aan je gevraagd of je een militaire basis in je stad wil. 10. Tik onder het spel "fund" in en je krijgt $ 10000,- er bij, maar je moet het terugbetalen met 25 % rente. 11. Tik onder het spel "cass" in en je krijgt $ 250,- bij, maar doe het niet te vaak, want dan is er kans dat er brand uitbreekt in je stad. 12. To change your money: Remember how much money you have. Save your game. Use a hex editor and search for the HEX version of that amount. If under $256: replace it with FF If under $65,000: replace it with FF FF If under 16 billion: replace it with FF FF FF (programmers, or anyone familiar with HEX should understand the reasoning behind these limitations.) 13. C:\SC2000>DEBUG .SC2 D24 7F D25 FF W Q Supposedly this cheat gives you 2 bil $. But I have yet to confirm this. The following cheats work only on the DOS version 1.0. 1. type FUND and click Yes, type FUND and click Yes. Pull down the Window menu and select Budget. Click on the open book icon to the right of the word bond payments. Select the issue bond button and answer yes. Select the repay bond button and repay the first bond. Select the issue bond button and say yes a second time. Select the repay bond button and repay the second bond. Select issue bond and answer yes a third time. Never repay this third bond and each turn you will receive $1.4 million in cash. |
