To reach Sabrina you'll have to teleport from pad to pad. The trainers here are all big fans of psychic and ghost pokemon. Ghosts are weak against psychic and other ghosts. Psychics are easily defeated by bugs and ghost Pokemon. Equip youself with a powerful, fast pokemon like Alakazam or Gengar and you should do fine. When you defeat her, you get TM46, Psywave.
