WHY
Why do you protest against our troops
while your children are safe playing hoops
the one they have taken has been a dangerous ride
yet it's one they have taken with pride!
Go ahead and complain if you must
but in fairness please keep it just!
I am a United States Air Force vet
and I have told all that I have met
what these brave troops have done
are things that I will never forget
you have the right to continue your squall
as you gather safely in front of your mall,
your rights are the same as all of our's
but I just have to wonder have you forgotten the towers
so forgive me if your protest get me hot
but 9/11 I have not forgot !
So tell me why do your protest our troops,
while your children are safely playing hoops??

For all the free people that still protest.
You're welcome. We protect you
and you are protected by the best.
Your voice is strong and loud,
but who will fight for you?
No one standing in your crowd.
We are your fathers, brothers, and sons,
wearing the boots and carrying guns.
We are the ones that leave all we own,
to make sure your future is carved in stone.
We are the ones who fight and die,
We might not be able to save the world,
Well, at least we try.
We walked the paths to where we are at
and we want no choice other than that.
so when you rally your group to complain,
take a look in the back of your brain.
In order for that flag you love to fly
wars must be fought and young men must die.
We came here to fight for the ones we hold dear.
If that's not respected, we would rather stay here.
So please stop yelling, put down your signs,
and pray for those behind enemy lines.
When the conflict is over and all is well,
be thankful that we chose to go through hell.

You must be so very proud of you son, I know as an American who fully supports our military 100%..I am very proud of him. Do you hear from Sean by email? Tell him from me to ignore the anti-war protestors as for every one of them there are thousands and thousands of others that fully support our military, our country and our President in this war effort. The narrow minded people who carry their protest signs just don't realize that if it wasn't for men like Sean, they wouldn't be able to carry those signs and have their freedom of speech... they'd be shot. This country has been built on the backbone of the military and they've taken the US from being a newborn nation to the grandest, strongest superpower in the world. God bless each and every one of them.
