SOFT AND SENSUAL...THE ART OF TOUCHING...

The mind... The body...The heart and the soul !!

To Be Touched..
To Be Stroked..
To Be Petted..

These things are desired and needed by all warm blooded animals,
Including everyone in the human race.

Each of us has, in the palm of our hands, the capacity to create and give, the most exquisite of sensations!

Some things, that can not be expressed with words can be demonstrated with touching..
We all have the power to give..We all have the need to feel..

Allow yourself to imagine if you will, to visualize, to dream, of such an encounter..

It takes very little really to create this scenario.

A little block of time.. A small intimate place.. Your bedroom or bathroom will do just fine! (a motel room is excellent :)) Your couch, the livingroom floor..Let your imagination soar!

Don't make excuses! We all have a hectic schedule.. but we seem to fit in what we feel is important. Reset your priority's! Forget the T.V.! (one of the biggest destroyers of romance there is!)

We need to set aside this special time to keep rekindling our love for one another...To renew the vows of our relationship..To be Alone, Together!

So pick your place, set a date for the time (leave a post-it) and let NOTHING interfere!

You will need a soft blanket, some soft music, a candle, and a bottle of aromatic oil. These oils are available in many stores today..Different fragrances create different moods..( more on that in a future page) so pick something soft and sensual..A muted floral fragrance works well. And don't think men don't love these fragrances ladies, because they do! It just takes the first time to hook them! And somehow, it seems to release the feminine side hiding in the heart of most men...
And gentleman, your lover will melt to your touch..rest assured!

So..Light the candle, put soft romantic music on low... ( try Barry White) and have your lover make themselves comfortable in the place you've choosen...

And let the feelings begin!!!!

Warm the oil in a glass of very warm but not hot water..
Nothing is so jarring as having something cold put on a warm body...
Place a few drops of warmed oil in your palms, and gently rub them together.

Have your partner lie on their stomachs.
Straddle them carefully and gently.

The most relaxing place to start is on the shoulders..
Rub and kneed gently. Go slowly..Keeping tempo to the music.
Use your thumbs to slowly work down the spine..
Then back ..
You will feel the muscles begin to relax..

As you are doing this, talk softly of your love and of all the happy memories that you have shared..
Relive them in your words and with the use of your caresses..

Watch the candles flicker and lose your self in the flickering flame and in the sites and sounds that surround you both..

Massage from the toes to the head. Slowly! Explore each and every nook and cranny. Places you thought you knew, are completely different now !! But keep in mind, always go gently..

Feel the pulsating of the music.. Feel the responses of your lover!

Keep murmuring softly... Hearing spoken words of love are a natural aphrodisiac !
Once your soul-mate is completely relaxed it becomes your turn....Ah, yes...

And so it goes..you are well on your way to a experience of a lifetime..One that you will want to reinact over and over again...
It is not difficult .. But it is Unforgettable!!
One of those pleasures that we often deny ourselves..Or never even consider! But once you do, you will want a encore...often!!

So relax!! Enjoy your trip to ectasy!!
