About me, and my site...

Hi there!
I am so glad that you decided to stop in!

My name is Soaring Heart. I live with my husband, the love of my life, in Pennsylvania.
I have five grown children, two of which are serving in the armed forces.
You will get to meet them on another page soon.

I have been writing Poetry for most of my life.
I have always loved to put my feelings down on paper.
This is my first attempt at a web page and at sharing my writings with others.

What moved me to create this site is my need to share with all of you,
the fact that no matter how bleak our lives are,
no matter how lonely or sad we feel, when life seems to have lost it's meaning...
When you vow that you will never again dare to love or allow yourself to be hurt again.
There is always hope. Miracles do happen! But, we must believe in them!
We must be receptive to change! I have discovered this first hand.

After many years of being desperately unhappy,
and thinking that there was no change in site for me,
something occured which I will always regard as a miracle!

I met the man I have always dreamed of. It happened very unexpectantly.
When we both least expected it!

I had always promised my self, that if I was ever fortunate enough to indeed find my true " Soul-mate",
that I would give my all, and live out my dreams to the fullest.

This was not an easy task, for like so many others I had vowed never to believe in LOVE again..
I felt that love and romance were things in books,
Sadly, I had lost faith in ever finding that "special someone".

This site, and my writings in it are a tribute and a dedication to a fullfillment of my dreams
and to the man that made it possible.

As I build this site daily I would like to share with you how to build a "CAVE OF LOVE" of your very own.
I will share with you on different pages the art of using everyday things to create your own atmosphere of love.

We will share the use of oils, music, baths, candles, the fireplace, post-it-notes, cards,
having an on line love affair and much more.
