This is what happens when you register!

We treat you like the trained experienced professional that you are, who provides a much needed service to our precious children and / or disabled or senior members of society. We insist that you should be treated with the respect that you deserve. All information you provide to us is strictly confidential and your privacy is paramount.

First, once your Registration is approved, you are invited to complete a Questionnaire and Profile. From all of these forms, CPPS will create a professional presentation portfolio of YOU for only specific qualified potential employers to review. We do not indiscrimiantly post your sensitive personnel information and photo online and hope that just anyone who calls will be suitable to sponsor you, as most other agencies do. We feel those actions are a gross violation of privacy of the applicants.

Second, we want you to realize that you are in competition with other agencies and applicants so the more detail you provide to us, the better caliber employer and the sooner the responses we will get back to us. For an example, you will be asked to make personal comments in the forms like the Caregiver Questionnaire and Profile. We want you to tell a short story, in your own words, about your life back home and about your parents, soblings and other rel;atives there. About how your life was living there and now how it is where you are working now. Tell us your dreams and aspirations of what your goals are and how you feel you can make them happen. If you need some time to prepare, just say that and send off the form immediately and later forward your elaboration by separate email the next day.  Our philosophy is the more details, the better puts a more compassionate face on you and your life as it is. Just do your best and we will clean it up for the presentation.

The employer will only see the finished Presentation Portfolio that we create and not the backup material.

Our objective is to endear the employer to you so that the employer will already be very satisfied and when you arrive in Canada, they are as happy and excited to meet you as you are them. Most importantly, your waiting time will be reduced and you are walking into a safe environment. Castle Personnel will be beside you the whole way. We will not abandon you as most agencies do.

Third, to complete the personal Presentation Portfolio of you, we ask that you provide several photos of yourself in various situations and not just a 'mug shot'. Pictures with family and/or friends, parents and/or spouse, siblings and/or your own kids are going to show that you are a real person with a family and a life. You already know that a picture says 1000 words so send us by email what you have with the Registration. If you want to send a package of pictures, use the mailing address below.

So, here is the first step, the Registration. Do your best to provide us  (and your new employer) with a mental picture of who you really are.
