Isaiah 13: 1-22.
1The burden of Babylon, which Isaiah the son of Amoz did see.
2Lift ye up a banner upon the high mountain, exalt the voice unto them,
shake the hand, that they may go into the gates of the nobles.3 I have
commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine
anger, even them that rejoice in my highness.4The noise of a multitude
in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the
kingdoms of nations gathered together: the LORD of hosts mustereth the
host of the battle.5They come from a far country, from the end of heaven,
even the LORD, and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land.
6 Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction
from the Almighty. 7Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man's heart
shall melt: 8And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of
them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed
one at another; their faces shall be as flames. 9Behold, the day of the
LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate:
and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. 10 For the stars of
heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun
shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light
to shine. 11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for
their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and
will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.
12 I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden
wedge of Ophir. 13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall
remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day
of his fierce anger. 14 And it shall be as the chased roe, and as a sheep
that no man taketh up: they shall every man turn to his own people, and
flee every one into his own land. 15 Every one that is found shall be thrust
through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword.
16 Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their
houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished. 17 Behold, I will stir
up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold,
they shall not delight in it. 18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to
pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eyes
shall not spare children. 19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty
of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.
20 It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation
to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the
shepherds make their fold there. 21 But wild beasts of the desert shall lie
there;and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell
there, and satyrs shall dance there. 22 And the wild beasts of the islands
shall cry in their desolate houses, and dragons in their pleasant palaces:
and her time is near to come, and her days shall not be prolonged.

Jude 1:1-25.
1 Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are
sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called:
2Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.3 Beloved, when I gave
all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful
for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend
for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.4 For there are
certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this
condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness,
and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. 5 I will therefore
put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having
saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that
believed not. 6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left
their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness
unto the judgment of the great day. 7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the
cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication,
and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the
vengeance of eternal fire. 8 Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile
the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. 9 Yet Michael
the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body
of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said,
The Lord rebuke thee. 10 But these speak evil of those things which they
know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things
they corrupt themselves. 11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way
of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished
in the gainsaying of Core. 12 These are spots in your feasts of charity,
when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they
are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth,
without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; 13 Raging waves of
the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved
the blackness of darkness for ever. 14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam,
prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands
of his saints, 15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that
are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly
committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken
against him.16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts;
and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in
admiration because of advantage.17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which
were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;18 How that
they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk
after their own ungodly lusts.19 These be they who separate themselves,
sensual, having not the Spirit.20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves
on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,21 Keep yourselves in
the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal
life.22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:23 And others save
with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by
the flesh.24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to
present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power,
both now and ever. Amen.

Romans 1
1 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto
the gospel of God,2 (Which he had promised afore by his prophets
in the holy scriptures,) 3 Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord,
which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; 4 And declared
to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by
the resurrection from the dead: 5 By whom we have received grace and
apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:
6 Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ: 7 To all that be
in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints:Grace to you and peace from
God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. 8 First,I thank my God through
Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken ofthroughout the whole
world. 9 For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel
of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;
10 Making request, if by any means now at length I might havea prosperous
journey by the will of God to come unto you. 11 For I long to see you, that
I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;
12 That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the
mutual faith both of you and me.13 Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren,
that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I
might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles. 14 I am
debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to
the unwise. 15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you
that are at Rome also. 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for
it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew
first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed
from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. 18 For
the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and
unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because
that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed
it unto them.20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the
world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made,
even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God,
neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their
foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise,
they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God
into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted
beasts, and creeping things. 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness
through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between
themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and
served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their
women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And
likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their
lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and
receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave
them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil
things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers,
without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 Who knowing the judgment
of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only
do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
