Changes
The full silvery moon
Danced across the night sky
Its rays slicing into the crisp air
Like a warm knife into butter

Breaking the patterns before me
Altering those very shadows
As they waved before my eyes
A strange tightness , pulling on my chest

The distortion of it all
Visions constantly changing
Nothing being as it just was
Flashing , memories their before my eyes

The full impact of it all
A kalediscope of memories
Racing around their
Right before my very eyes

All that I have known
And everything that I feel
Changing ever so rapidly
And why ?

The Creeping Darkness
Look at those eyes
The deep driving force
Of knifes peircing the skin
Probing deep into the mind
In search of answers
Only , to find none
Why did it have to happen
What caused the joy to end
Cones of silence
filling the room
Where once was laughter and joy
Dark luminous clouds ,

This is how it will remain
