Rio is a strong spirited person who viciously defends her friends when they are in trouble. But when not in a life or death situation, she seems like a totally different person. She loves to shop, inadvertently spends more money than she earns, and enjoys using her sexy body to torment her supervisor and manipulate her would-be boyfriend, Yuji. Of course they both always fall for her charms and never quite learn their lesson.
Rio Kinezono is probably the main character of the show. She seems to be more the valley girl type, than a police officer on a special strike team. Rio really enjoys shopping, causing her to be broke almost all the time. This usually means that she spends the days eating cheap noodles, and dreaming about doing things (such as shopping), and sometimes leading her to do things such as sell her underwear for extra money. On team Warrior, Rio is the expert in close quarter brawls and hand to hand combat. You could say that Rio is the kind of girl who knows how to use her body to her advantage (many times which she uses to torture the chief).
