| This all-new puzzle game is kind of like Tetris, Tetris Attack or Columns (for the Sega Genesis), but has a Pokemon twist. Pokemon Puzzle League contains six different game play modes, all requiring fast-thinking and faster reflexes as your try to pile up three or more same-colored blocks that drop down from the top of the screen. When same-colored blocks are piled together, either horizontally or vertically, they disappear. The game ends if the blocks pile up and ultimately touch the top of the screen. As a one-plater game, Pokemon Puzzle League allows you to compete against the computer as your work your way up to higher levels. When you play the two-plater modes, the screen splits, allowing you to go head-to-head against a friend. Pokemon PUzzle League is fun, fast and challenging for Pokmaniacs of all ages. The game itself, however, doesn't tell a story like Gold/Silver. It's simply a puzzle game that features popular Pokemon characters. |
