| Every real guy on earth watched that movie at least once. Slap shot is "the" classic movie, the best hockey movie of all time. This 1970's movie is about the Charlestown Chiefs a hockey club. This comedy has a great cast including Paul Newman (Dunlop) ,the three Hanson brothers ,and some others. My favorite is the goalie (Denis Lemieux), because he's a goalie from Quebec exactly like me. We also have the same accent !!! Beside him, the Hansons are everybody's favorites with their look and the way they play old time hockey. Caracters such as Reggie Dunlop, Joe McGrath, Johnny, Ogie Ogilthorp, Braden...are also favorites in the movie. The most hilarious scene in the movie would be either when Johnny opened his thing in the fashion show, or when the goalie told is agent "trade me right fucking now". Beside these, many part are very funny. Including almost all scenes where the Hansons were in, McGrath when he remember one of his player that use to spank himself in the penalty box...
