| 1 lb of stew meat (raw) 6 carrots 1 cup of celery chopped 8 potatoes 1 onion 3 Tbs of tapica 2 1/2 cans tomatoe juice (small cans) 1 tps of salt 1 tps ot sugar Throw togeher. Bake at 250 for 5 hours Tell me if you like it!!!!!! |
